| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Perawat dan apoteker memiliki keahlian masing-masing dan pengalaman klinis untuk merawat pasien. Perawat memainkan peran penting dalam mengembangkan hubungan kolaboratif dengan apoteker, karena perawat adalah tenaga kesehatan yang paling sering berkomunikasi dengan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami persepsi perawat terhadap peran apoteker sebagai pusat informasi obat di ICU RSUD. PROF. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan wawancara mendalam. Informan dan triangulator yaitu perawat yang bertugas ICU RSUD. PROF. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Teknik sampling menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisa data secara kualitatif menggunakan proses berpikir induktif, kemudian disimpulkan. Validitas data menggunakan triangulasi sumber, dengan mendapatkan data dari sumber yang berbeda-beda dengan teknik yang sama. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa perawat menerima informasi obat dari apoteker dan hal-hal baru terkait obat. Apoteker dibutuhkan oleh perawat saat ada masalah obat. Perawat percaya terhadap informasi yang diberikan karena sumbernya jelas dan interaksi perawat dengan apoteker terjadi setiap hari. Apoteker tanggap dalam memberikan informasi sehingga perawat puas terhadap kinerja apoteker. Perawat berharap perlu menambah sumber daya apoteker dan perawat sudah memahami pentingnya kolaborasi serta konsep patient oriented. Pada proses triangulasi sumber, triangulator sependapat dengan informan namun untuk menambah sumber daya apoteker belum diperlukan karena kapasitas pasien di ICU masih bisa ditangani oleh apoteker. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Nurse and pharmacist have their own ability and clinical experiences to take care the patient. Nurse takes important role in developing collaborative relation with pharmacist, because nurse is medical employee who always communicates with the patient. This research takes aim to understand nurse’s perception towards the role of pharmacist as the source of medicine information at ICU RSUD. PROF. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. This qualitative research uses in-depth interview technique. The informant and triangular is the nurse who works at ICU RSUD. PROF. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. Data analysis qualitatively uses the process of inductive thinking, and then concluded. Data validity use source triangulation, by getting the data from the various sources with same technique. The result shows that nurse receive medicine information from the pharmacist and new experiences about medicine, pharmacist is needed when there is a problem about the medicine. Nurse believes towards the information which given because it come from true source and the interaction between nurse and pharmacist happened every day. Pharmacist is responsive when gives the information so the nurse satisfied with pharmacist contribution. Nurse hopes that there will be the addition of pharmacist and nurse to remind the important of the collaboration also the concept of patient oriented. In the process of source triangulation, triangular agreed with the informant, but to add the resource of pharmacist is not yet needed because the capacity in ICU still can be handled by the pharmacist.
