| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1) Mengetahui varietas kacang hijau yang pertumbuhan dan hasil terbaik di tanah Ultisol, 2) Mengetahui jenis pupuk organik terbaik yang mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil varietas kacang hijau di tanah Ultisol, 3) Mengetahui interaksi antara jenis pupuk organik dengan varietas kacang hijau yang memberikan pertumbuhan dan hasil terbaik di tanah Ultisol. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Screen house Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto Utara, pada bulan Juli - September 2015. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 12 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan. Faktor yang dicoba adalah varietas kacang hijau (Vima-1, Betet, Murai) dan jenis pupuk organik (kontrol (tanpa pemberian pupuk), pupuk kandang ayam, bokhasi limbah rumen sapi, bokhasi limbah pasar (sayuran)). Variabel yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah cabang, jumlah daun, luas daun, bobot akar, umur berbunga, bobot brangkasan, panjang polong, jumlah polong, bobot polong, bobot biji, bobot 100 biji,dan indeks panen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kacang hijau tidak menunjukkan perbedaan antar varietas, kecuali pada variable tinggi tanaman, varietas Betet adalah yang terbaik. Penggunaan pupuk organik kandang ayam dan bokhasi limbah rumen sapi mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil kacang hijau pada variabel tinggi tanaman, bobot brangkasan, dan bobot biji. Tidak diperoleh interaksi antara varietas dengan jenis pupuk organik. Perlakuan terbaik terdapat pada tinggi tanaman varietas Betet yang diberi pupuk kandang ayam dan varietas Betet yang diberi pupuk bokhasi limbah rumen sapi. Pada varietas Vima-1 dan Murai yang diberi pupuk kandang ayam menunjukkan kombinasi terbaik pada bobot brangkasan, dan varietas Vima-1 yang diberi pupuk kandang ayam menunjukkan hasil terbaik pada variabel bobot biji. |

Inggris) | This research was aimed to: 1) know the growth of varieties of mung bean and the best result in Ultisol, 2) know the best organic fertilizer that can be used to increase their growth and the result in Ultisol, 3) know interaction between organic fertilizer and mung bean varieties that help to increase their growth and the result in Ultisol. This research conducted in the Screen House in Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto Utara, started from July until September 2015. The experimental was applied in Randomized Group Design with 12 treatments in 3 replications. The treatment tested in several varieties (Vima-1, Betet, Murai), and control (whitout any treatment), chicken manuer, cow rumen manure Bokashi, waste from the market Bokashi (vegetable). The variables were observed in this study are height of the plant, number of branches, number of leaves, leaf area, weight of the root, date of flowering, weight of the stover, length of the pod, number of pods, weight of the pod, weight of the seed, weight of 100 grains, and index of the harvest. The results was all varieties of mung bean showed an adequate growth and result on variety treatment, all variables did not show any difference unless height of plant, Betet is a variety which has the best value among the others. Usage of chicken manure and cow’s rumen manure Bokhasi san rocket the growth and result of mung bean on some variables, they are height of plant weight of stover, and weihgt of grain. There was no interaction between varietie and sort of organic fertilizer. The best combination of treatment on height of plant was stated on Betet variety which was given both chicken manure and cow’s rumen manure bokhasi. Besides, Vima-1 and murai which were treated by chicken manure showed that they are the best combination on weight of stover, and Vima-1 was treated by chicken manure showed the best value on weight of grain
