| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kemampuan metabolit sekunder dua isolat Trichoderma sp. untuk mengendalikan penyakit kresek serta pengaruhnya terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman padi varietas IR-64 di lapangan. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto, dan lahan padi Desa Tambaksogra Kecamatan Sumbang, Kabupaten Banyumas, mulai dari September 2015 sampai Januari 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok yaitu dengan 5 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri atas kontrol, metabolit sekunder Trichoderma sp. isolat jahe, isolat bawang merah, gabungan isolat jahe dan bawang merah, serta bakterisida (berbahan aktif streptomisin sulfat 7%). Variabel yang diamati yaitu masa inkubasi, intensitas penyakit, laju infeksi, selisih tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun dan jumlah anakan, bobot tanaman segar dan basah, waktu berbunga pertama kali, jumlah gabah per malai, bobot 1000 butir gabah per rumpun, bobot gabah basah dan kering per rumpun serta analisis jaringan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metabolit sekunder Trichoderma sp. isolat bawang merah dan jahe baik secara tunggal maupun gabungan berpotensi menunda masa inkubasi 8,82-11,7%, menekan intensitas penyakit 39,98-41,67% dan laju infeksi 19,56-22,23%, meningkatkan selisih jumlah daun 52,86-56,47%, hasil gabah 8,02-8,49 t/ha dan senyawa fenol, namun belum mampu meningkatkan selisih jumlah anakan, bobot tanaman segar dan kering. Penerapan tunggal metabolit sekunder Trichoderma sp. isolat bawang merah dan jahe memberikan potensi terbaik mempercepat waktu berbunga pertama kali 2,28-3,26%, menambah selisih tinggi tanaman 9,87-10,04%, jumlah gabah per malai 3,34-6,43%, bobot 1000 butir per rumpun, 7,28-19,76%, bobot gabah basah dan kering per rumpun masing-masing 4,93-11,4% dan 5,81-12% serta meningkatkan senyawa fenol pada jaringan tanaman dibandingkan dengan kontrol. |

Inggris) | This research aimed to test secondary metabolites ability of two Trichoderma sp. isolates toward bacterial leaf blight and its influence on the growth and yield of rice IR-64 variety in the field. This research was conducted at the Laboratory of Plant Protection, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto, and in the rice field at Tambaksogra Village, Sumbang Subdistrict, Banyumas Regency, from September 2015 to January 2016. Randomized block design was used with 5 treatments and 5 replications. The treatments were control, secondary metabolite of Trichoderma sp. ginger isolate, shallot isolate, and their combination and bactericide (with active ingredient of 7% streptomycin sulfate). Observed variables were incubation period, disease intensity, infection rate, different crop height, number of leaves and tillers, fresh and dry weight of crop, earlier flowering, number of grains per panicle, weight of 1000 grains per clump, and fresh and dry weight of grain per clump, and tissue analysis. Result of the research indicated that the secondary metabolite of Trichoderma sp. ginger and shallot isolates either alone or in combination potentially delay the incubation period of 8.82-11.7%, reduce the disease intensity as 39.98-41.67%, reduce the infection rate as 19.56-22.23%, and increase different number of leaves 52.86-56.47%, grain yield 8,02-8,49 t/ha and phenolic compound, but did not increase different number of tillers and fresh and dry weight of crop. Application of the secondary metabolites from both isolates alone was the best treatment to fasten earlier flowering as 2.28-3.58%, to increase different crop height 9,87-10,04%, to increase number of grains per panicle 3,34-6,43%, to increase weight of 1000 grains per clump 7.28-19.76%, fresh and dry weight of grain per clump of 4.93-11.4%, and 5.81-12%, respectively and to increase phenolic compound in the crop tissue compared to control. |
