| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur keberhasilan program bantuan biaya pendidikan mahasiswa miskin (Bidikmisi) di Universitas Jenderal Soedirman melalui beberapa dimensi yaitu ketepatan sasaran, ketapatan sosialisasi, ketepatan tujuan dan ketepatan pemantauan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kejelasan program, kemampuan pelaksana dan respon kelompok sasaran terhadap keberhasilan program Bidikmisi di Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari distribusi frekuensi, korelasi product moment, korelasi partial, korelasi ganda, regresi linier sederhana dan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa keberhasilan program Bidikmisi di Universitas Jenderal Soedirman berada pada kategori tinggi. Dimensi keberhasilan yang paling tinggi ada pada ketepatan sosialisasi dan dimensi keberhasilan terendah ada pada ketepatan pemantauan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan statistik dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kejelasan program, kemampuan pelaksana dan respon kelompok sasaran baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap keberhasilan program Bidikmisi di Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. |

Inggris) | The research aimed to measure the effectiveness of Scholarship Program for Low-income-family Student (Bidikmisi) in Jenderal Soedirman Univesity throught several dimensions such as target group accuracy, socialization accuracy, goals acccuracy and monitoring accuracy.In addition this research also intends to examine the effect of program clarity, implementer’s ability and target group response partially or simultaneously to the effectiveness of Bidikmisi program.Technique of sampling used is stratified proportionate incidental sampling. Data analysis technique used consist of frequency distribution,pearson coeffisient correlation, partial correlation, simultaneause multiple correlation,simple linear regression and simultaneause multiple regression.The results of this research showed that the effectiveness of the Bidikmisi program in Jenderal Soedirman University is in high category with the highest dimension is socialization accuracy and the lowest dimension is monitoring accuracy. From the results of the statistical count is known that there are positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously between Program Clarity, Implementer’s Ability and Target Group Response to the effectiveness of Bidikmisi program in Jenderal Soedirman University. |
