| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh suplementasi herbal dalam pupuk cair urin sapi bunting terhadap bobot bahan kering dan kadar abu rumput gajah defoliasi kedua. Materi yang digunakan terdiri atas rumput gajah, sluri dari feses sapi perah, sekam, molasses dan EM4 serta peralatan mencangkul dan pengukuran. Penelitian dirancang menggunakan Rancangan Nested (grouped). Ada 4 jenis pupuk yang diteliti yaitu: P1= pupuk cair urin sapi bunting tanpa herbal, P2= pupuk cair urin sapi bunting + nanas, P3= pupuk cair urin sapi bunting + nanas + temulawak, P4= pupuk cair urin sapi bunting + nanas + temulawak + mengkudu. Masing – masing jenis pupuk diberikan dalam 3 macam taraf (dosis) dalam sekali pemberian, yaitu : d1= dosis pupuk cair 0.5 ml/1 kg granul/rumpun/defoliasi (240 L/ha/defoliasi), d2= dosis pupuk cair 1.5 ml/1 kg granul/rumpun/defoliasi (720 L/ha/defoliasi), d3= dosis pupuk cair 4.5 ml/1 kg granul/rumpun/defoliasi (2160 L/ha/defoliasi), sehingga seluruhnya ada 12 macam perlakuan denga tiga kali ulangan. Hasil analisis variansi menunjukkan bahwa suplementasi herbal dalam pupuk cair urin sapi bunting tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap bobot bahan kering dan kadar abu. Selain itu perlakuan jenis pupuk cair tidak berpengaruh terhadap bobot bahan kering dan kadar abu rumput gajah tetapi dosis pupuk dalam jenis pupuk cenderung berpengaruh terhadap kadar abu rumput gajah.

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The research aimed to study Supplementation of Pregnant Cow Urine Fertilizer on Dry Matter Production and Ash Percentage of Elephant Grass at Second Defoliation. The research materials consisted of elephant grass, slurry of dairy cattle’s feces, chaff, molasses and EM4 and hoeing equipment and measuring devices. The study was designed by using a Nested Design (grouped). There were 4 types of fertilizera being studied, namely: P1= liquid fertilizer made of pregnant cow urine, P2= liquid fertilizer made of pregnant cow’s urine + pineapple, P3= liquid fertilizer made of pregnant cows’ urine + pineapple + ginger, P4= liquid fertilizer made of pregnant cows’ urine + pineapple + ginger + noni (Morinda citrifolia). Each fertilizer was given in three kinds of levels (dose) . i.e.: d1= liquid fertilizer dose of 0.5 ml / 1 kg granule / bunch / defoliation (240 L / ha / defoliation), d2= liquid fertilizer dose 1.5 ml / 1 kg granule / bunch / defoliation (720 L / ha / defoliation), d3= liquid fertilizer dose 4.5 ml / 1 kg granule / bunch / defoliation ( 2160 L / ha / defoliation), then in total there were 12 treatments with 3 replications. The results of analysis of variance showed that the use pregnant cows urine fertilizers supplemented with herbal had no significant effect on the weight of dry matter and ash. In addition, the kinds of urine fertilizer had no effect on the weight of dry matter and the concentration of ash of elephant grass, but the doses of fertilizer affected the concentration of ash of elephant grass. |
