Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga Marlano1 Iwan Purnawan2 Arief Setyo Upoyo3 1 Mahasiswa Jurusan Keperawatan Universitas Jenderal Soedirman 2Dosen Jurusan Keperawatan Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Jenderal soedirman 3Dosen Jurusan Keperawatan Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Jenderal soedirman Mr.lano.ml@gmail.com Abstrak Latar Belakang : Mekanisme koping adalah cara yang dilakukan individu dalam menyelesaikan masalah, menyesuaikan diri dengan perubahan, serta respon terhadap situasi yang mengancam. Koping diduga mempengaruhi kesiapan keluarga baik secara fisik maupun psikologis merawat pasien paska stroke. Tujuan : Mengetahui hubungan koping keluarga dengan kesiapan keluarga dalam merawat pasien paska stroke di RSUD Dr. R. Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan studi cross sectional. dimana peneliti menggunakan pendekatan menggunakan kuisioner. Pengambilan sempel menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling. Besarnya sempel adalah 42 responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah Fisher-exact.. Hasil : Berdasarkan uji statistic Fisher-exact diperoleh nilai 0,003. Dengan demikian p < 0,05 sehingga hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima dan Hipotesis (Ho) ditolak dengan interpretasi ditemukan adanya “Hubungan antara mekanisme koping dengan kesiapan keluarga pasien paska stroke di RSUD Dr. Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga”. Kesimpulan : Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara koping keluarga dengan kesiapan keluarga merawat pasien paska stroke. Kata Kunci : Stroke, Mekanisme Koping, Kesiapan Keluarga |

Coping family thought to affect readiness of physical and psychological care for post-stroke patients. Purpose: The purpose of this study aims to determine the relations of family coping with a family preparedness in treating post-stroke patients in hospitals Dr. R. Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga. Methods: This study used cross sectional study approach. where researchers used the approach of using a questionnaire. Sempel retrieval using consecutive sampling technique. The amount is a sample of 42 respondents who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Analysis of the data using chi-square Results : Based on the statistical test Chi-square values obtained 0,000.
