Email: dentisgirllea@yahoo.co.id INTISARI Limfoma Non-Hodgkin terjadi karena adanya suatu keganasan pada jaringan limfoid, dan berproliferasi klonal dari limfosit sel T dan sel B pada tumor. Gejala yang dialami penderita yaitu massa intra abdomen, efusi pleura, disfagia, pembengkakan daerah kepala leher, pembesaran kelenjar limfe, demam, keringat malam, dan penurunan berat badan. Pengobatan yang dapat dilakukan berupa kemoterapi. Efek samping kemoterapi adalah mukositis oral. Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan fase mukositis oral anak yang sedang menjalani kemoterapi. Metode penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Cara pengambilan sampel penelitian adalah dengan metode accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis dekripsi mukositis oral fase induksi lesi yang timbul berwarna merah dengan tepi putih, berbentuk bulat, berjumlah ≥ 1, dan berlokasi pada mukosa bukal dan labial. Deskripsi mukositis oral yang muncul pada fase induksi adalah grade 1. Lesi yang timbul berwarna merah dengan tepi putih, berbentuk bulat, berjumlah ≥ 1, dan berlokasi pada mukosa bukal dan labial. Pada fase konsolidasi ditandai dengan lesi kemerahan dengan ulkus dalam sekitar 0,5 mm, terkadang diselimuti plak putih, berwama merah, dan ukuran>lcm. berlokasi di sudut mulut, mukosa bukal, dorsal, ventral, lateral lidah dan berjumlah>l. Deskripsi mukositis oral pada fase konsolidasi adalah grade 1,3, 4. Pada fase pemeliharaan penderita mengalami nyeri yang ringan dengan lesi kemerahan bertepi putih, berbentuk bulat, berlokasi pada mukosa labial dan mukosa bukal. Deskripsi mukositis oral yang muncul pada fase ini adalah grade 1. Saran dalam penelitian adalah perlu edukasi terhadap penderita mukositis oral anak yang sedang menjalani kemoterapi agar perawatan lebih maksimal. Email: dentisgirllea@yahoo.co.id ABSTRACT Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma occurs because of a malignancy of lymphoid tissue, and proliferates T-cell lymphocytes and B cells in the tumor clonally. Symptoms experienced by patients are intra-abdominal mass, pleural effusion, dysphagia, swelling at the head and neck area, enlarged lymph nodes, fever, night sweats, and weight loss. Treatment can be done by chemotherapy. The side effect of chemotherapy is oral mucositis. The purpose of this study is describing the phase of oral mucositis in children who are undergoing chemotherapy. The methode was a cross sectional study. The sampling method that is used was accidental sampling method. The results showed that the type of decryption of oral mucositis lesions arising induction phase is red with white edges, round, totaling ≥ 1, located on the buccal and labial mucosa. Oral mucositis descriptions that appear in the induction phase is grade 1 lesions arising in red with white edges, round, totaling ≥ 1, located on the buccal and labial mucosa. The consolidation phase is characterized by reddish lesions with ulcers in about 0.5 mm, sometimes covered with white plaques, colored red, and size> lcm. Located at the corners of the mouth, the buccal mucosa, dorsal, ventral, lateral tongue and numbered> l. Description of oral mucositis in the consolidation phase is grade 1.3, 4. In the maintenance phase patients had mild pain with reddish lesion white edged, round, located on the labial mucosa and buccal mucosa. Oral mucositis descriptions that appear in this phase are grade 1. Suggestions in the study are the need more complete data from the study to support the informant in order to make the data more complete and accurate.
