| Judul Artikel | PENGARUH TERAPI VIBRASI 200 HZ SELAMA 10 MENIT TERHADAP FASE INFLAMASI DAN PROLIFERASI PENYEMBUHAN LUKA DIABETIK PADA TIKUS YANG DIINDUKSI ALOKSAN |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar belakang: Diabetes Melitus (DM) merupakan salah satu penyakit kronik yang semakin banyak diderita. Komplikasi yang terjadi pada penderita DM adalah luka diabetikum. Vibrasi, merupakan salah satu terapi yang terbukti efektif dalam penyembuhan luka diabetes khususnya dengan frekuensi rendah. Akan tetapi, vibrasi dengan frekuensi tinggi belum pernah diteliti efektivitasnya untuk penyembuhan luka diabetikum. Tujuan:Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian terapi vibrasi 200 Hz selama 10 menit terhadap fase inflamasi dan proliferasi penyembuhan luka diabetetikum pada tikus yang diinduksi aloksan. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen murni dengan posttest only with control group disgn. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 10 ekor tikus wistar jantan masing-masing kelompok dengan 5 ekor tikus. Tikus kemudian diinduksi aloksan dan dilukai. Perkembangan luka akan diamati secara makroskopis dan mikroskopis. Hasil: Secara makroskopis warna luka kedua kelompok pada hari ke-0 adalah kemerahan. Pada hari ke-3 kelompok perlakuan terlihat edem sedangkan kelompok kontrol tidak. Selain itu pada kelompok perlakuan juga terlihat kemerahan pada tepi luka hari ke-5 hingga ke-7. Jaringan putih (Slough) juga terlihat pada kedua kelompok mulai hari ke-3pada kelompok perlakuan. Secar mikroskopis, intensitas sel-sel inflamasi kelompok perlakuan lebih banyak, reepitalisasi kelompok perlakuan lebih sedikit dari kelompok kontrol. Kesimpulan: Terapi vibrasi 200 Hz selama 10 menit tidak efektif untuk penyembuhan luka diabetikum. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background:Diabetes mellitus (DM) is one of chronic diseases which is increasingly suffered by many people. Complication that happens in DM sufferer is diabetic wound. Vibration is one of therapies which is proved effectively in diabetes wound healing especially with low frequency. However, vibration with high frequency is never researched its effectiveness in diabetic wound healing. Purpose: This research has a purpose to know the influence in treating 200 Hz vibration therapy during 10 minutes toward inflammation phase and proliferation of diabetic wound healing in the rat inducted alloxan. Method:This research uses a design of true experiment with posttest only with control group design. The number of sample which is used is 10 male wistar rats and each group has 5 rats. Then, the rats are inducted alloxan and wounded. Wound development will be observed macroscopically and microscopically. Result:Macroscopically, a wound colour of two groups in zero days is reddish. In the third day, treat group is seen edema while control group is not. Besides, in the treat group, it is seen that the rats’wound is reddish in its edge in the fifth until seventh day. Slough is also seen in the treat group beginning in the third day. Microscopically, intensity of inflammation cells of treat group is more; re-epithelialization of the treat group is fewer than the control group. Conclusion: The therapy of 200 Hz vibration during 10 minutes is not effective for diabetic woundhealing. |
