| Judul Artikel | PENGARUH TERAPI VIBRASI FREKUENSI 40 HZ SELAMA 5 MENIT TERHADAP PENYEMBUHAN LUKA TIKUS DIABETIK |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar belakang : Luka diabetes merupakan komplikasi yang sering terjadi pada penderita diabetes melitus. Sebagian besar penanganan luka diabetes di Indonesia masih menggunakan cara konvensional yang sering mendapatkan hasil kurang memuaskan. Salah satu terapi alternatif penyembuhan luka diabetes yaitu terapi vibrasi. Frekuensi vibrasi dan lama waktu terapi harus disesuaikan agar memberikan hasil efektif dan efisien. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian terapi vibrasi berfrekuensi 40 Hz selama 5 menit terhadap penyembuhan luka diabetes pada tikus. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental murni dengan pendekatan posttest only with control grup design. Subjek penelitian dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol yang masing-masing menggunakan 5 ekor tikus. Tikus perlakuan mendapatkan perawatan dengan vibrasi berfrekuensi 40 Hz selama 5 menit, sedangkan kelompok kontrol mendapatkan perawatan secara konvensional. Pengamatan penyembuhan luka pada kedua kelompok dilakukan selama 7 hari secara makroskopis dan mikroskopis. Hasil : Secara makroskopis warna luka kedua kelompok pada hari ke-0 adalah merah terang. Edema kelompok perlakuan lebih singkat dibandingkan kelompok kontrol. Jaringan putih (slough) pada kelompok perlakuan lebih tipis dibanding kelompok kontrol. Area permukaan luka kelompok perlakuan lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Secara mikroskopis, inflamasi kelompok kontrol lebih banyak, reepitelisasi kelompok perlakuan lebih panjang, dan jaringan nekrotik lebih banyak pada kelompok kontrol. Kesimpulan : Penggunaan terapi vibrasi frekuensi 40 Hz selama 5 menit dapat mempercepat penyembuhan luka diabetes pada tikus. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: Diabetic wounds are a common complication in patients with diabetes mellitus. Most treatments of diabetic wounds in Indonesia still use conventional methods that often get unsatisfactory results. One of alternative therapies for wound healing is vibration therapy. The frequency of vibration and the duration of therapy should be adjusted in order to provide effective and efficient results. Purpose: This research aimed to determine the influence of vibration therapy with the frequency of 40 Hz for 5 minutes on diabetic wound healing in rats. Method: This research used true experimental method with posttest only with control group design approach. The research subjects were divided into two groups: the treatment group and the control group, each group used 5 rats. The treatment group received vibration with the frequency of 40 Hz for 5 minutes, while control group received conventional treatment. The observation of wound healing in both groups was carried out for 7 days macroscopically and microscopically. Result: macroscopically, the wound color in both groups on day 0 was bright red. The edema of treatment group was shorter compared to control group. The slough tissue in the treatment group was thinner compared to control group. The surface area of the wound in treatment group was smaller compared to control group. Microscopically, inflammation in control group was greater, re-epithelialization in treatment group was longer, and necrotic tissue was greater in control group. Conclusion: Therapeutic use of vibrational frequency of 40 Hz for 5 minutes can accelerate diabetic wound healing in rats. Keywords: Diabetes, Vibration, Wound Healing |
