| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan dan mendeskripsikan ekonomi politik: pengembangan usaha ekonomi kreatif untuk kelompok difabel melalui kelompok usaha bersama difabel, mengetahui dan menjelaskan aktor yang terlibat dalam pengembangan usaha ekonomi kreatif untuk kelompok difabel oleh KUBE¸serta mengetahui dan menjelaskan faktor apa saja yang mendukung dan menghambat pemerintah dalam mengembangkan KUBE difabel.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, serta teknik pemilihan informan menggunakan purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Data diperoleh dari hasil observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan teknik trianggulasi data untuk menjamin validitas data.Hasil penelitian ini mengenai menunjukkan pengembangan usaha ekonomi kreatif untuk kelompok difabel melalui kelompok usaha bersama (KUBE) dilakukan sejak tahun 2012 dengan diberikannya bantuan dana dan juga pelatihan-pelatihan yang dilakukan oleh dinas sosial. Aktor-aktor yang terlibat dalam pengembangan usaha untuk kelompok difabel adalah 1) Bupati, 2) Dinas sosial (eksekutif), 3) Paguyuban Difabel Sehati, 4)Perusahaan konveksi glory, 5)Dan kelompok difabel itu sendiri sebagai KUBE yang melaksanakan kegiatan di dalamnya. Dalam pengembangan usaha KUBE difabel masing-masing aktor saling memiliki kepentingan. Faktor yang mendukung dalam pengembangan KUBE difabel adalah adanya perhatian oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Sukoharjo pada tahun 2009 telah disahkan Perda No 7 Tahun 2009 tentang pemberdayaan penyandang cacat. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah pada anggota KUBE difabel. Adanya keterbatasan difabel dalam melakukan sebuah pekerjaan, selain itu latar belakang pendidikan mereka yang rata-rata hanya tamatan sekolah dasar atau menengah yang menjadikan mereka hanya menjadi pekerja dalam KUBE. |

Inggris) | The purpose of this research is to explain and describe the political economy: the development of creative economic ventures for groups of people with disabilities through a group of joint ventures of people with disabilities, identify and explain the actors that are involved in the development of creative economy for people with disabilities groups by KUBE, then identify and explain the supporting and inhibiting factors of the government in developing KUBE disabilities. The method is the descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, as well as the informant selection techniques are using purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The data is collected by observation, interview and documentation study. This research using the data triangulation technique to ensure the validity of the data. The results of this research demonstrate the venture development of the creative economy for the people with disabilities groups through the joint venture groups (KUBE) conducted since 2012 with financial assistance and training carried out by the social services. The actors who's involved in the venture development for a group of people with disabilities are 1) Bupati, 2) Social Services (executive), 3) Society of People with Disabilities, 4) Company Convection Glory, 5) and the group itself as KUBE for people with. KUBE for people with disabilities in the development of each of the actors have mutual interests. Factors that support the development of KUBE for people with disabilities is the attention by the Government of Sukoharjo Regency in 2009 that was passed in the Regulation No. 7 of 2009 on the empowerment of people with disabilities. Whereas the inhibiting factor is on the KUBE members with disabilities. There are limitations for people with disabilities to perform a job, in addition to their educational background that on average is only an elementary or secondary school graduates who made them just become the workers in KUBE. |
