| Judul Artikel | Analisis Pengaruh Intellectual Capital Firm Size dan Leverage Terhadap Profitabilitas Perusahaan Sektor Keuangan Subsektor Bank Yang Terdaftar di BEI |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi empiris yang dilakukan pada perusahaan sektor keuangan subsektor bank yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini mengambil judul: “Analisis Pengaruh Intellectual Capital Firm Size dan Leverage Terhadap Profitabilitas Perusahaan Sektor Keuangan Subsektor Bank yang Terdaftar di BEI”. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua bank yang terdaftar di sektor keuangan subsektor bank Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode tahun 2012-2014. Setelah purposive sampling, hanya ada 27 bank dari total 41 bank yang terdaftar di BEI, yang memenuhi kriteria untuk dijadikan sampel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data dengan menggunakan Regresi Berganda (dibantu alat analisis software SPSS 16 for Windows) menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Human Capital Efficiency (HCE) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Net Profit Margin (NPM) perusahaan sektor keuangan subsektor bank yang terdaftar di BEI, (2) Structural Capital Eficiency (SCE) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Net Profit Margin (NPM) perusahaan sektor keuangan subsektor bank yang terdaftar di BEI, (3) Capital Employed Efficiency (CEE) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Net Profit Margin (NPM) perusahaan sektor keuangan subsektor bank yang terdaftar di BEI, (4) Firm Size berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Net Profit Margin (NPM) perusahaan sektor keuangan subsektor bank yang terdaftar di BEI, dan (5) Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Net Profit Margin (NPM) perusahaan sektor keuangan subsektor bank yang terdaftar di BEI. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research is an empirical study that done at bank subsector of financial sector firm which is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The title of this research is “Analysis of Intellectual Capital Firm Size and Leverage Effect toward Bank Subsector of Financial Sector Firm’s Profitability that listed in BEI”. Population of this research is all of bank that listed in bank subsector of BEI’s financial sector in 2012-2014 period. Purposive sampling will be used to find out the sample of this research. The result of purposive sampling is there are 27 out of 41 bank which is listed in BEI that qualified as a sample. According to the result of this research and data analysis use Multiple Regression (SPSS 16 for Windows) show that: 1) Human Capital Efficiency (HCE) have effect toward Bank Subsector of Financial Sector Firm’s NPM that listed in BEI positively and significantly 2) Structural Capital Efficiency (SCE) have effect toward Bank Subsector of Financial Sector Firm’s NPM that listed in BEI positively and significantly 3) Capital Employed Efficiency (CEE) have effect toward Bank Subsector of Financial Sector Firm’s NPM that listed in BEI positively and significantly 4) Firm size have effect toward Bank Subsector of Financial Sector Firm’s NPM that listed in BEI positively and significantly 5) Debt to Equity Ratio have effect toward Bank Subsector of Financial Sector Firm’s NPM that listed in BEI negatively and significantly. |
