| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Jamur konsumsi (edible mushroom) merupakan jamur yang mempunyai cita rasa, nilai gizi yang tinggi, dan memiliki banyak jenis sehingga dapat diterima oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui jenis jamur yang paling sesuai tumbuh pada media serbuk gergaji, dan 2) membedakan pertumbuhan sepuluh jenis jamur pada media serbuk gergaji. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Ilmu Tanah (Sumber Daya Lahan),Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto pada bulan Juni 2015 hingga Desember 2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) satu faktor, faktor percobaan ialah sepuluh jenis jamur (jamur tiram putih, jamur tiram cokelat,jamur tiram pink, jamur tiram ungu, jamur merang, jamur shiitake, jamur kuping, jamur enokitake, jamur nyoko, dan jamur ling zhi). Variabel yang diamati adalah bobot segar jamur, waktu pertumbuhan jamur, dan laju tumbuh jamur. Data dianalisis dengan analisis ragam,terhadap perlakuan yang berbeda nyata dilanjutkan dengan uji DMRT (P < 0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat tiga jenis jamur yang tidak tumbuh pada media serbuk gergaji dan ada tujuh jenis jamur yang tumbuh, dimana jamur yang paling sesuai tumbuh pada media serbuk gergaji yaitu jamur tiram pink dengan laju pertumbuhan paling besar yaitu1,8927 g/hari. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Mushroom consumption (edible mushroom) is a mushroom which has the taste, high nutritional value, and has many types of mushrooms that can be accepted by society. This research aims to 1) determine the most appropriate type of mushroom that grows on sawdust media, and 2) distinguish ten growths of types of mushrom on sawdust media. This research was conducted at the Laboratory of Soil Science (Land Resources), Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto, in June 2015 to December 2015. This study examined using Completely Randomized Design (CRD) one factor. Trial factors are ten types of mushrooms (white oyster mushroom, brown oyster mushroom, pink oyster mushroom, purple oyster mushroom, straw mushroom, shiitake mushroom, cloud ear mushrom, enokitake mushroom, nyoko mushroom, and ling zhi mushroom). The variables measured fresh weight mushroom, growth time and growth rate of the mushroom. Data were analyzed by analysis of variance towards the different treatment and continued with DMRT (P <0.05). The results showed that tthree types of mushroom did not grow on sawdust media, and the seven types of mushroom are grow, the most appropriate species of mushroom that grows on sawdust media is pink oyster with highest growth rate of the mushroom is 1,8927 grams/days. |
