Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) jenis pupuk organik cair (POC) terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil selada dengan hidroponik sistem tetes; (2) dosis POC yang optimal terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada dengan hidroponik sistem tetes dan (3) Kombinasi jenis dan dosis POC yang tepat untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada dengan hidroponik sistem tetes. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di lahan milik petani di Desa Windujaya, Kecamatan Kedungbanteng, Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari Mei 2015 sampai Juli 2015. Percobaan polibag menggunakkan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan dua faktor. Faktor pertama jenis POC (AB-mix, Politahe, Fortifort) dan faktor kedua dosis POC (0,08ml/tanaman, 0,16ml/tanaman, 0,24ml/tanaman) dengan tiga ulangan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) jenis pupuk organik cair yang mampu menghasilkan komponen pertumbuhan dan hasil terbaik adalah Politahe; (2) dosis pupuk POC 0,08 sampai 0,24ml/tanaman (setara dengan 20 sampai 60ml/ha) menunjukkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada yang tidak berbeda dan (3) belum diperoleh kombinasi jenis dan dosis POC yang tepat untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada.

Inggris)The aim of this research was to know: (1) the growth and yield of lettuce in various liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) with dropped irrigation Hydroponic system; (2) the optimal dose of LOF in growth and yield of lettuce dropped irrigation Hydroponic system and (3) The effective combination of dose and kind LOF in growth and yield of lettuce dropped irrigation Hydroponic system. This research was conducted in screen house owned by farmer in Windujaya village, Kedungbanteng subdistrict, Banyumas regency. This research was conducted from May to July 2015. The design of this research was randomized completely Block Design (RCBD) with polybag researches and two factor. The first factor is kind of LOF (AB-mix, Politahe, Fortifort and second factor is dose of LOF (0,08ml/plant, 0,16ml/plant, 0,24ml/plant) with three replications.
The result showed: (1) politahe was the best of growth and yield of lettuce; (2) 0,08 ml/plant was the best dose from the growth and yield of lettuce and (3) kind and dose combination of LOF doesn’t obtain for yield and growth of lettuce.
