Indonesia) | ABSTRAK Implementasi Pasal 22 Ayat (1) Huruf (c) Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Banyumas Nomor 3 Tahun 2010 Tentang Toko Modern Oleh : Ilmira Febrizka E1A012186 Penelitian ini berjudul “Implementasi Pasal 22 Ayat (1) Huruf (c) Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Banyumas Nomor 3 Tahun 2010 Tentang Toko Modern” penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh semakin berkembangnya toko modern di Kabupaten Banyumas yang dalam pendiriannya belum memiliki Izin Usaha Toko Modern (IUTM) sehingga Peraturan Daerah Nomor 3 Tahun 2010 belum terimplementasi dengan baik. Rumusan masalahnya yaitu, 1) Bagaimana pendirian toko modern berdasarkan Pasal 22 Ayat (1) Huruf (c) Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Banyumas Nomor 3 Tahun 2010 tentang Toko Modern?, 2) Bagaimana dampak hukum toko modern yang melanggar Pasal 22 Ayat (1) Huruf (c) tersebut? Penelitian ini termasuk tipe penelitian yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan yang mencakup peraturan tertulis, buku literatur hukum, jurnal penelitian hukum, sumber internet, media cetak serta wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa di Kabupaten Banyumas masih banyak toko modern yang belum memiliki Izin Usaha Toko Modern (IUTM) atau hanya memiliki Surat Izin Usaha Perdagangan (SIUP) atau bahkan tidak berizin. Toko modern yang tidak berizin ini memberikan dampak terutama bagi pelaku usaha pasar tradisional dan UMKM. Pemerintah harus meningkatkan pengawasan terkait pendirian toko modern yang belum memiliki izin dan melakukan tindakan nyata dengan menjatuhkan sanksi sesuai dengan Peraturan yang berlaku. Inggris) | ABSTRAK The Implementation of Article 22 Paragraph (1) Letter (C) Regulation Distric Banyumas No. 3 of 2010 on a Modern Shop Oleh : Ilmira Febrizka E1A012186 This research titled “The Implementation of Article 22 Paragraph (1) Letter (C) Regulation Distric Banyumas No. 3 of 2010 on a Modern Shop” this research background by the development of modern shop in district banyumas that in the job does not have a business licence of modern shop or IUTM so that local regulation no.3 of 2010 has not been well implemented. The problem formulation namely 1) How does the establishment of a modern shop under Article 22 paragraph (1) letter (c) of Regulation District Banyumas No. 3 of 2010 on Modern Shop? 2) How does the law impact modern store in violation of Article 22 paragraph (1) letter (c) of the? This research include the type of juridical normative approach to legislation. The type of data is used by secondary data and data collection method is used by the study of literature book, journal legal research, source internet, print media and interview. The results of this research suggest that in Banyumas there are exist many modern shops that have yet to have IUTM or only have SIUP even some go licenseless. Modern shops that don't have licence give bad impact especially to those business leaders that contribute in traditional market and UMKM as well. Goverment must improve the supervision about the establishment in modern shops that don't have the lisence and give sanction in accordance with the effective regulation.
