| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Kecamatan Madukara merupakan daerah penghasil buah naga di Kabupaten Banjarnegara, meskipun demikian para petani buah naga di Kecamatan Madukara belum mendapatkan keuntungan secara maksimal karena adanya perbedaan harga di tingkat produsen dengan harga di tingkat konsumen akhir yang relatif tinggi, sedangkan saluran pemasarannya relatif pendek. Petani menjual produknya ke pedagang perantara yang terlibat, antara lain pengumpul, pedagang lokal dan pengecer, tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1)mengetahui bentuk saluran pemasaran buah naga di Kecamatan Madukara, (2)mengetahui besarnya margin pemasaran buah naga pada masing-masing saluran pemasaran, (3)mengetahui besarnya bagian harga yang diterima petani (farmer’s share), (4)mengetahui efisiensi saluran buah naga di Kecamatan Madukara Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Madukara, Bantarwaru, Pekauman, Talunamba, Kaliurip dan Pagelak Kecamatan Madukara Kabupaten Banjarnegara dan dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2015. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode sensus untuk petani dan snowball sampling untuk pedagang. Jumlah responden petani yang diambil sebanyak 34 orang dan jumlah pedagang yang dijadikan sampel sebanyak 8 orang yang terdiri atas 3 pedagang pengumpul, 2 pedagang lokal dan 3 pedagang pengecer. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan pengamatan langsung ditempat penelitian. Analisis data menggunakan analisis marjin pemasaran, analisis farmer’s share, analisis efisiensi teknis dan ekonomis dan analisis elastisitas transmisi harga. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa marjin pemasaran buah naga di Kecamatan Madukara di setiap saluran pemasaran yaitu: saluran I memiliki marjin pemasaran sebesar Rp2.826,00/kg, saluran II sebesar Rp1.600,00/kg, saluran III sebesar Rp1.786,00/kg. Nilai farmer’s share paling tinggi terdapat pada saluran II yaitu sebesar 86,15 persen. Nilai indeks efisiensi teknis pada setiap saluran pemasaran buah naga di Kecamatan Madukara yaitu saluran I sebesar 55,67; saluran II sebesar 6,75; dan saluran III sebesar 14,49. Nilai indeks efisiensi ekonomis pada saluran I sebesar 2,007; saluran II sebesar 26,017; dan saluran III sebesar 103,554. Elastisitas transmisi harga yang terbentuk pada saluran pemasaran buah naga memiliki nilai Et < 1 yaitu 0,25. Secara umum efisiensi harga dalam pemasaran buah naga di Kecamatan Madukara Kabupaten Banjarnegara belum efisien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 3 saluran pemasaran Buah naga di Kecamatan Madukara, dengan rincian: saluran I yaitu petani – pedagang pengumpul – pedagang lokal – konsumen, saluran II yaitu petani – pedagang lokal – konsumen, saluran III yaitu petani – pengecer – konsumen. Saluran yang paling efisien adalah saluran II yaitu petani – pedagang lokal – konsumen. |

Inggris) | Sub district of Madukara is the area of dragon fruit producer in the Regency of Banjarnegara, therefore the famer of dragon fruit in Sub district of Madukara has not obtained the advantage maximally because there is the difference of price in the level of producer with the last price in the level of consumer that is relative high, and its marketing network is relative short. The famer sell their product to connector trader that involved, such as collector, local trader and small retailer, the purpose of this research is (1) find out the form of marketing network of dragon fruit in Sub district of Madukara, (2) find out how big is the price that is accepted by each marketing network, (3) find out how big is the price that is accepted by famer (farmer’s share), (4) find out the network efficiency in Sub district of Madukara in Regency of Banjarnegara. The research was conducted in Village of Madukara, Bantarwaru, Pekauman, Talunamba, Kaliurip and Pagelak in Sub district of Madukara in the Regency of Banjarnegara and it was conducted on August 2015. Taking data was conducted by using the method of census for famer and snowball sampling for trader. The number of respondent of famer that were taken 34 people and the number of trader that were made as sample 8 people who consisted for 3 collector trader, 2 local trader and 3 small trader. Method of research used the survey by direct observing in research place. Data analysis uses the marketing marginal analysis, analysis famer’s share, technical efficiency analysis and economic and elasticity analysis of price transmission. Result of analysis showed that marketing marginal of dragon fruit in Sub district of Madukara in every marketing network that is: network I has marketing marginal Rp. 2,410.oo/kg, network II is Rp1,600.00/kg, network III is Rp. 1,786.00/kg. value of famer’s share the highest value is in the network II that is 78.50 percent. Index value of technical efficiency in every marketing network of dragon fruit in Sub district of Madukara that is network I is 55.87; network II is 6.75; and network III is 14.49. index value of economic efficiency in network I is 1.58; network II is 7.28; and network III is 68.71. Price transmission elasticity that is established in marketing network of dragon fruit it has value Et < 1 that is 0.25. Generally, price efficiency in marketing of dragon fruit in Sub district of Madukara in the Regency of Banjarnegara has not being efficient yet. The result of research showed that there was 3 marketing network of dragon fruit in Sub district of Madukara, with detail explanation: network I is famer – collector trader - local trader – consumer, network II that is famer – local trader – consumer, network III that is farmer – small retailer - consumer. The most efficient network is network II that is famer – local trader – consumer. |
