| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui secara empiris pengaruh Good Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility dan Kualitas Auditor terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini mengguakan laporan tahunan yang dipublikasikan oleh perusahaan melalui laman Bursa Efek Indonesia sebagai data dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan Good Corporate Governance tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan Corporate Social Responsibility dan Kualitas Auditor berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The purpose of this study was to determine empirically the effect of Good Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Value Quality Auditor for the banking company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses the annual report published by the company through the Indonesian Stock Exchange website as the data in this study. Results of this study prove that GCG has no effect on the value of the company, while the Corporate Social Responsibility and Quality Auditor positive effect on firm value. |
