MARGONO SOEKARJO PURWOKERTO PERIODE JANUARI - DESEMBER 2014 Agnesya Ria Monica, Edy Priyanto, Agus Budi Setiawan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Jenderal Soedirman Purwokerto, Indonesia Email: nessy_nessya@yahoo.com ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Salah satu penyebab utama kematian ibu adalah partus lama yang dapat disebabkan karena usia ibu terlalu muda (<20 tahun) atau terlalu tua (>35 tahun). Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan waktu kala I fase aktif dan kala II pada berbagai kelompok usia ibu di RSUD Prof. DR. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto periode Januari-Desember 2014 Metode: Penelitian analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode consecutive sampling. Responden adalah ibu yang melahirkan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo, Purwokerto pada Bulan Januari-Desember 2014. Responden sebanyak 111 orang dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok (masing-masing 37 responden) berdasarkan usia yakni kelompok usia <20 tahun, usia 20-35 tahun, dan kelompok usia >35 tahun. Data mengenai lama persalinan didapat dari rekam medis dan partograf pasien dan dinyatakan dalam hitungan menit. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah uji one way Analisis Varian (ANOVA). Hasil: Kelompok responden usia >35 tahun memiliki waktu persalinan kala I fase aktif (248,51±48,82) dan kala II (38,46±15,89) lebih lama dibandingkan kelompok lain, sedangkan kelompok responden usia 20-35 tahun memiliki waktu persalinan kala I fase aktif (219,62±47,67) dan kala II lebih singkat (30,08 ± 14,12) dibandingkan kelompok lain. Hasil analisis menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan (p=0,014) waktu kala I fase aktif dan kala II pada berbagai kelompok usia ibu di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo periode Januari- Desember 2014. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan berupa perbedaan waktu kala I fase aktif dan kala II pada berbagai kelompok usia ibu di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo periode Januari–Desember 2014. It can be caused by young maternal age which is (< 20) or advanced maternal age (>35). Objective: This study aimed to determine the difference of first stage of labor (active phase) and second stage of labor times at various mother’s age groups in Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Hospital of Purwokerto period of January-December 2014. Method: Observasional research using cross sectional study. The sampling technique in this study used a consecutive sampling. Samples are mothers who delivered in Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Hospital of Purwokerto period of January-December 2014. The number of samples are 111 people who were divided into 3 groups (37 people each group). The groups were for those age <20, age 20-35, and >35. Data of labor were collected using medical record and partograph (minute). Statistical analysis used one way Analisis Varian (ANOVA). Result: For those age >35 had the longest first stage of labor (active phase) (248,51±48,82) and prolonged second stage of labor (38,46±15,89), while for those age 20-35 had the shortest first stage of labor (active phase) (219,62±47,67) and prolonged second stage of labor (30,08 ± 14,12). Statistical test showed significant differences (p=0.014) of first stage of labor (active phase) and second stage of labor times at various mother’s age groups in Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Hospital of Purwokerto period of January-December 2014. Conclusion: There was a difference of first stage of labor (active phase) and second stage of labor times at various mother’s age groups in Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Hospital of Purwokerto period of January-December 2014.
