| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penyakit ginjal kronik merupakan suatu proses patofisiologi dengan etiologi yang beragam, dan mengakibatkan penurunan fungsi ginjal yang progresif dan ireversibel. Penyakit ginjal kronik dapat mengakibatkan beberapa komplikasi, salah satunya adalah disfungsi ereksi pada pria. Faktor yang berhubungan dengan disfungsi ereksi pada pasien penyakit ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisis adalah sistem vaskuler, sistem neurogenik, sistem endokrin, faktor psikologis dan obat-obatan yang digunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi antara durasi hemodialisis dengan derajat disfungsi ereksi pada pasien penyakit ginjal kronik di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan cross sectional dengan teknik consecutive sampling. Subjek penelitiannya berjumlah 34 pasien penyakit ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisis di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Data dianalisis univariabel berupa tabel distribusi frekuensi, kemudian analisis bivariabel menggunakan uji Spearman’s. Pasien penyakit ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisis di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto 85.3% mengalami disfungsi ereksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat korelasi yang signifikan secara statistik antara durasi hemodialisis dengan derajat disfungsi ereksi pada pasien penyakit ginjal kronik di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto (p= 0.660; r= 0.078). Kesimpulan penelitian adalah tidak terdapat korelasi yang signifikan secara statistik antara durasi hemodialisis dengan derajat disfungsi ereksi, namun semakin lama durasi hemodialisis maka semakin tinggi pula derajat disfungsi ereksi. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Chronic kidney disease is a pathophysiological process with varied etiology and can lead to progressive and irreversible decline in renal function. Chronic kidney disease can lead to several complications, one of them is erectile dysfunction in men. Related factors of erectile dysfunction in patients with chronic kidney disease who are undergoing hemodialysis, among others are vascular system, neurogenic system, endocrine system, psychological factors and drugs used. This study aims to determine the correlation between the duration of hemodialysis with the degree of erectile dysfunction in patients with chronic kidney disease in Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto Hospital. The method used for this study is cross sectional with consecutive sampling. The research subjects amounted to 34 patients with chronic kidney disease who underwent hemodialysis in Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto Hospital. Univariate analysis were perfomed and were presented in the form of frequency distribution table. Bivariate analyses was also perfomed with Spearman. Approximately 85.3% patients with chronic kidney disease who underwent hemodialysis in Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto Hospital had erectile dysfunction. The result showed that there was no statistically significant correlation between the duration of hemodialysis with the degree of erectile dysfunction in patients with chronic kidney disease in Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto Hospital (p = 0.660; r = 0.078). The conclusion of the study is that there is no statistically significant correlation between the duration of hemodialysis with the degree of erectile dysfunction, but the longer the duration of hemodialysis, the higher the degree of erectile dysfunction.
