| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penetapan Angka Kredit (PAK) merupakan faktor penting dalam penentuan kenaikan pangkat atau jabatan fungsional seorang pustakawan. PAK sangat dipengaruhi oleh Daftar Usul Penetapan Angka Kredit Pustakawan (DUPAK) yang diajukan oleh Pustakawan. Kesalahan pada saat penyusunan DUPAK dapat mempengaruhi hasil PAK pustakawan. Pengajuan DUPAK sampai ditetapkannya suatu PAK menjalani proses yang cukup panjang. Adanya keterlambatan PAK dapat disebabkan oleh DUPAK yang stagnan pada tahap tertentu. Keterlambatan ini merugikan pustakawan yang hendak naik pangkat atau jabatan. Dari permasalahan tersebut memunculkan gagasan untuk membuat suatu sistem berbasis web, yang di dalamnya dapat meminimalisir human error dalam proses penghitungan DUPAK dan memantau sejauh mana DUPAK diproses oleh pejabat yang berwenang. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan metode waterfall, menggunakan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman, MySQL sebagai database sistem, dan black-box testing sebagai metode pengujiannya. Pengembangan sistem dibatasi untuk lingkup penetapan angka kredit di universitas. User dalam sistem ini dibagi menjadi lima jenis user, yaitu Pustakawan, Pejabat Pengusul, Sekretariat Tim Penilai, Tim Penilai, dan Bagian Kepegawaian. Didukung dengan tersedianya jaringan internet, sistem ini mampu menjadi alat bantu dalam penyusunan DUPAK, menyediakan informasi sejauh mana DUPAK diproses oleh pejabat yang berwenang, persetujuan (acc) atas DUPAK yang diterima pejabat yang berwenang, dan pembuatan PAK pustakawan oleh Sekretariat Tim Penilai. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Determination of Credit (PAK) is an important factor in determining promotion or functional position of a librarian. PAK influenced by list proposed Establishment of Credit Librarian (DUPAK) estimated by the Librarians. The mistakes during preparation can influence the outcome of PAK librarian. Estimated DUPAK until this can be establish a PAK is a long process. The delay of PAK can be caused by DUPAK which stagnant on some stage. The delay can be lose out of the librarians who want to up their rank or position. These problems can influence the idea to create a web-based system which can minimize the human error in counting process of DUPAK and monitoring the extent how far the DUPAK is processed by competent authorities. This system is designed using waterfall method, PHP as a programming language, MySQL as the database system, and the black-box testing as the method of testing. Development of the system is limited to the scope of the determination of the number of credits at the university. Users in the system are divided into five types of user, the librarian, the proposer officials, the secretariat assessment team, the assessment team, and section office. Supported by the availability of the internet network, the system is able to become tool in the preparation of DUPAK, provide information about the extent to which DUPAK is processed by the competent authority, approval (acc) on DUPAK received by the competent authorities, and the manufacture of PAK librarian by the secretariat of the assessment team. |
