| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian Ini Berjudul “Analisis Perbedaan Konsumsi Rumah Tangga Penghuni KPR Inti Indah Dengan Penghuni Sapphire Residence Purwokerto “. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya MPC penghuni KPR Inti Indah dan penghuni Sapphire Residence dan untuk mengetahui pola konsumsi penghuni KPR Inti Indah dan penghuni Sapphire Residence. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan April – bulan Mei 2015 dengan menggunakan metode survei. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode stratified random sampling. Analisis yang digunakan untuk menghitung konsumsi digunakan fungsi regresi linier sederhana dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan konsumsi penghuni KPR Inti Indah dan Sapphire Residence digunakan fungsi Independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil perhitungan diperoleh besarnya nilai t hitung sebesar 4,9641 dan nilai t tabel sebesar 2,0017. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung > t tabel yang artinya terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara konsumsi rumah tangga KPR Inti Indah dan Sapphire Residence. Besarnya pendapatan rumah tangga penghuni Sapphire Residence jauh diatas pendapatan rumah tangga penghuni KPR Inti Indah dengan rata-rata pendapatan Rp. 7.385.000 dengan pengeluaran untuk konsumsi makanan setiap bulannya sebesar 40,16 persen dan diluar makanan sebesar 59,84 persen. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Besarnya MPC penghuni KPR Inti indah adalah 0,8043 sedangkan penghuni Sapphire Residence adalah 0,6862. Dengan demikian MPC penghuni KPR Inti Indah lebih besar daripada penghuni Sapphire Residence. 2) Penghuni KPR Inti Indah lebih banyak menggunakan pendapatannya untuk kosumsi makanan dengan prosentase sebesar 63,16 persen, sedangkan penghuni Sapphire Residence lebih banyak menggunakan pendapatannya untuk konsumsi diluar makanan dengan prosentase sebesar 59,84 persen. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Jika ada tambahan pendapatan seyogyanya tidak dihabiskan semua untuk konsumsi, diharapkan bisa ditabung untuk mengantisipasi jika ada kebutuhan yang tak terduga. 2) Pengelolaan pendapatan dalam mengkonsumsi rumah tangga penghuni KPR Inti Indah seyogyanya bisa menggunakan pengeluaran dengan lebih bijak. Sehingga pendapatan mereka tidak habis hanya untuk kegiatan konsumsinya. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The study entitled "The Analysis of Consumption Differences Between The Residents Living In The KPR Inti Indah And of Those Who Are Living In The Sapphire Residence In Purwokerto". The purpose of this study was to find out the number of MPC of the residents of KPR Inti Indah and the residents of Sapphire Residence and to find out the consumption pattern of the residents living in the KPR Inti Indah and of the Sapphire Residence. This research was conducted from April to May by using the survey method. Sampling using stratified random sampling method. The number of samples (respondents) were used in this study as many as 30 people. The analysis used to calculate consumption, it used simple linear regression and to find out the consumption gap of residents of KPR Inti Indah and Sapphire Residence, it applied Independent sample t-test function The results showed that the value of t statistic of 4.9641 and t table of 2.0017. This shows that the value of t statistic > t table which means there is a gap between household consumption of residents of the KPR Inti Indah and of the Sapphire Residence. The mean of household income of residents of Sapphire Residence is IDR 7,385,000 with the expense for foods is 40.16 percent and other than foods is 59.84 percent monthly. The conclusion of this study were: 1) the number of MPC of residents of KPR Inti Indah is 0.8043. Meanwhile, of the residents of Sapphire Residence is 0.6862. Therefore, the MPC of residents of the KPR Inti Indah is greater than of residents of the Sapphire Residence. 2) Residents of the KPR Inti Indah use their income is more for foods with the percentage of 63.16 percent, while the residents of the Sapphire Residence use their income is more on other than foods consumption with the percentage of 59.84 percent. The implication of this study were: 1) If there are additional revenues should not be spent all for consumption, is expected to be saved if there is a needed to anticipate the unexpected. 2) Management in consuming household income in KPR Inti Indah occupants should be able to use spending more wisely. So that their income is not exhausted only for consumption activities. |
