Indonesia) | KAJIAN HARGA POKOK PRODUKSI EMPING MELINJO PADA UD SUKA HATI KECAMATAN KEDAWUNG CIREBON Retnowati, Tatang Widjojoko, Dwi Purwastuti Program Studi Agribisnis Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman Alamat Koresponden : retnowati9090@gmail.com Ringkasan Melinjo (Gnetum gnemon, L) merupakan salah satu komoditas pertanian yang banyak tumbuh di pekarangan. Emping melinjo merupakan salah satu hasil olahan dari biji melinjo yang mempunyai nilai jual cukup tinggi. UD Suka Hati adalah salah satu industri pembuat emping melinjo di Cirebon, tepatnya terletak di Desa Kalikoa, Kecamatan Kedawung. UD Suka hati tidak memperhitungkan secara terperinci aspek finansial dalam usahanya, padahal pencatatan laporan mengenai biaya yang dikeluarkan selama proses produksi dan laporan laba rugi sangat diperlukan dalam suatu industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Harga Pokok Produksi (HPP) per kilogram emping melinjo aneka rasa dengan pendekatan Full Costing menggunakan perhitungan biaya bersama (joint cost), (2) harga jual per kilogram emping melinjo aneka rasa, dan (3) laporan rugi laba pada UD Suka Hati. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 1 - 30 November 2014. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah pemilik dan pegawai UD Suka Hati Desa Kalikoa, Kecamatan Kedawung, Kabupaten Cirebon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus, yaitu dengan menetapkan secara purposif. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah : analisis biaya produksi bersama (joint product cost), analisis Harga Pokok Produksi (HPP) full costing, analisis harga jual produk full costing, dan analisis laporan laba rugi. Hasil analisis Harga Pokok Produksi (HPP) per kilogram dengan pendekatan Full Costing menggunakan perhitungan biaya bersama (joint cost) di peroleh ketuk pedas manis (KPM) sebesar Rp23.418,69/kg, ketuk asin (KA) Rp22.079,71/kg, ketuk manis asin (KMA) Rp22.653,81/kg dan seloman manis (SM) Rp24.248,24/kg. Harga jual emping melinjo ketuk pedas manis (KPM) sebesar Rp28.992,31/kg, emping melinjo ketuk asin (KA) sebesar Rp27.555,28/kg, emping melinjo ketuk manis asin (KMA) sebesar Rp28.223,15/kg, dan emping melinjo seloman manis (SM) sebesar Rp29.355,72/kg. Laba bersih yang diperoleh UD Suka Hati pada bulan November 2014 adalah sebesar Rp58.925.596,22. |

Melinjo chips is one of processing product from the seeds which has high selling value. UD Suka Hati is a producen of Melinjo chips industry in Cirebon, precisely located in Kalikoa Village, Kedawung District. UD Suka Hati does not calculate financial aspects of the business in detail, while to note down on disbursement expenses report during process of production and the income statement are needed in an industry. This research aims to determine: (1) the cost of goods manufactured per kilogram of various flavors Melinjo chips by Full Costing approach using joint costs calculation, (2) the selling price per kilogram of various flavors Melinjo chips and (3) the income statement of UD Suka hati. This research was held on 1-30 of November 2014. The research targets were the owner and the staff of UD Suka Hati, Kalikoa Village, Kedawung District, Cirebon Regency. The research method was case study, by determining purposively. The analytic methods were analytic of joint product cost, full costing cost of goods manufactured, full costing selling price of products, and income statement. Analytic result for cost of goods manufactured per kilogram by full costing approach using joint cost calculation was obtained Rp23,418.69/kg of spicy-sweet ketuk, Rp22,079.71/kg of salty ketuk, Rp2,653.81/kg of sweet-salty ketuk and Rp24,248.24/kg of sweet seloman. Selling price of Melinjo chips for spicy-sweet ketuk was Rp28,992.31/kg, salty ketuk was Rp27,555.28/kg, sweet-salty ketuk was Rp28,223.15/kg, and sweet seloman was Rp29,355.72/kg. Net profit of UD Suka Hati in November 2014 was Rp58,925,596.22. |
