| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh suplementasi tepung daun sukun (Artocarpus altilis) dalam pakan terhadap bobot organ dalam (gizzard, hati, usus) itik Tegal jantan. Peubah yang diukur adalah (1) bobot gizzard, (2) bobot hati, dan (3) bobot usus. Penelitian dilakukan secara eksperimental. Rancangan percobaan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan perlakuan sebagai berikut: P0 (pakan basal tanpa suplementasi tepung daun sukun), P1 (pakan basal+ tepung daun sukun 3% /kg pakan), P2 (pakan basal + tepung daun sukun 6% /kg pakan), P3 (pakan basal + tepung daun sukun 9% /kg pakan), P4 (pakan basal + tepung daun sukun 12% /kg pakan), P5 (pakan basal + tepung daun sukun 15% /kg pakan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan tepung daun sukun tidak berbeda nyata (P > 0,05) terhadap bobot gizzard, hati dan usus. Kesimpulan dari penelitian penambahan tepung daun sukun dengan level yang berbeda dalam pakan itik Tegal jantan umur 9 minggu menghasilkan bobot gizzard, hati, dan usus itik Tegal jantan yang relatif sama. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research purpose is to assess the effects of breadfruit-leaves-made flour suplemantation in feed on the weights of internal organs (gizzard, liver, intestine) of male Tegal ducks. The parameters measured in this study were the weights of (1) gizzards (2) liver, and (3) intestines. The experimental design was the Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with treatments consisting of P0 (basal feed without a breadfruit-leaves-made flour suplemantation), P1 (basal feed + breadfruit-leaves flour 3% /kg feed), P2 (basal feed + breadfruit-leaves flour 6% /kg feed), P3 (basal feed + breadfruit-leaves flour 9% /kg feed), P4 (basal feed + 12% a breadfruit-leaves-made flour/kg feed), and P5 (basal feed + 15% breadfruit-leaves flour /kg feed). The result of this study shows that the use of breadfruit-leaves-made flour suplemantation is not significantly different (P> 0,05) from the weights of the gizzard, liver and intestines. The conclusion of this research is that the different level of breadfruit–leaves-made flour supplementation in the 9-week-old Tegal male ducks feed resulted in relatively similar weights of gizzard, liver, and intestines. |
