| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) mengetahui jenis hormon alami terbaik, (2) mengetahui konsentrasi optimal masing - masing hormon alami, dan (3) mengetahui ada tidaknya interaksi antara jenis dengan konsentrasi hormon alami pada pertumbuhan stek mawar. Penelitian dilaksanakan mulai April sampai Juni 2015 di screen house Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dua faktor terdiri dari 12 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah jenis hormon alami berupa air kelapa muda, ekstrak bawang merah, dan ekstrak kecambah kacang hijau. Faktor kedua adalah konsentrasi hormon alami 0 ml/l, 150 ml/l, 250 ml/l, dan 500 ml/l. Variabel pengamatan ialah persentase tumbuh stek, saat tumbuh tunas, jumlah tunas, panjang tunas, jumlah daun, jumlah akar, dan panjang akar terpanjang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan konsentrasi 0 ml/l berpengaruh nyata terhadap variabel jumlah tunas. Perlakuan jenis hormon alami dan interaksinya tidak menunjukkan pengaruh terhadap semua variabel. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Abstract This research was aimed : (1) to know the greatest of natural hormones type, (2) to know the optimum of natural hormones concentration, (3) to know presence or no interaction of natural hormones between type and concentration to the cuttings of roses growth. The research was accomplished from April to June 2015 at the screen house, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University. This research used Completely Randomized Block Design (CRBD) of two factors consists of 12 treatments and 3 replications. First factor was natural hormones type form coconut water, shallots extract, and bean sprouts extract. Second factor was natural hormones concentration 0 ml/l, 150 ml/l, 250 ml/l, and 500 ml/l. Variabel observed was cuttings growth percentage, buds growth periode, buds number, buds length, foliages number, roots number, and longest length roots. Result showed 0 ml/l concentration significantly influented to the buds number variable. Treatments of natural hormones type and those interactions showed no influented to the whole observed variable. |
