| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | The purpose of this research is to analyze the e-government implementation and its possibility of maladministration in public service. The research is conducted in several district offices at X city. The research method used is qualitative research with phenomenological method. The participant in this research is 20 informants consist of 10 peoples or citizen and 10 public officers from districts office. The technique of data analysis used in this research is interactive analysis models. The research results show that the local government has adopted e-government in public services. However, the implementation has not been in all aspects of public services. Although e-government has not been fully implemented in all aspect of public services a lot of peoples or citizen can feel direct benefits or a positive impact of e-government implementation. The existence of e-government system reduces maladministration and violation of the rules by the government officers. Unfortunately, even there are some positive impact perceived by citizen, maladministration still exist in some sectors. |
