| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian yang berjudul analisis fungsi produksi pada usaha peternakan itik petelur di Kecamatan Kesugihan, Kabupaten Cilacap, ini dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 14 Mei 2015 sampai 14 Juli 2015. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1. mengetahui perbedaan hasil produksi telur itik antara yang menggunakan pola sistem pemeliharaan intensif dengan yang menggunakan system semi intensif di Kecamatan Kesugihan, Kabupaten Cilacap, dan 2. mengetahui pengaruh faktor produksi (jumlah pakan, obat–obatan dan vitamin, umur ternak dan curahan jam kerja) terhadap produksi telur pada sistem pemeliharaan intensif dan semi intensif di Kecamatan Kesugihan, Kabupaten Cilacap. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survei dengan sasaran peternakan itik petelur di Kecamatan Kesugihan, Kabupaten Cilacap. Penetapan sampel wilayah menggunakan metode Stratified Random Sampling yaitu dengan memilih 3 desa yang memiliki populasi banyak, sedang dan sedikit ( populasi ). Desa yang terpilih adalah Desa Slarang, Kuripan dan Desa Jangrana. Hasil produksi telur itik di Kecamatan Kesugihan, Kabupaten Cilacap pada sistem pola pemeliharan intensif dan semi intensif tidak jauh berbeda dengan hasil produksi di bawah 5.000 butir/bulan. Hasil analisis regresi diperoleh persamaan Log Y = Log 6,7741 + 0,6260 Log X1 – 0,2082 Log X2 – 0,05231 Log X3 – 0,1803 Log X4 + 0,0426 (D). Faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi telur itik adalah jumlah pakan, dan umur ternak. |

Inggris) | This study, entitled production function analysis in egg-laying ducks farming business in sub-district Kesugihan, Cilacap, had been conducted from May 14 until July 14, 2015. It aimed (1.) to compare the egg production in farms using an intensive system to that using a semi-intensive system the district, and (2.) to determine the influence of the production factors (amount of feed, drugs and vitamins, the ducks’ ages and the working hours) on the egg production using the both systems. Conducted by using a survey method, this research was targeted at some egg-laying duck farms in the sub-district. The sample areas were determined by using the stratified random sampling method by which three villages with, respectively, the highest, medium and the lowest number of population were chosen; they were Slarang, Kuripan, and Jangrana villages. The research resulted that the egg production iusing both the intensive and the semi-intensive nurturing systems was not much different from the production that was below 5000 eggs/ month. Based on the regression analysis, it was obtained an equation Log Y=Log 6,7741 + 0,6260 Log X1 – 0,2082 Log X2 – 0,05231 Log X3 – 0,1803 Log X4 + 0,0426 (D). Meanwhile, the factors affecting the egg production were the amount of feed and the age of ducks. |
