| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas standar prosedur operasional kebidanan dalam pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Pelabuhan Kota Cirebon dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang cenderung mempengaruhi efektivitas standar prosedur operasional kebidanan dalam pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Pelabuhan Kota Cirebon. Dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut, digunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis, dan untuk mendukung pendekatan tersebut digunakan metode survey lapangan, studi pustaka serta studi dokumenter dengan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi di Rumah Sakit Umum Pelabuhan Kota Cirebon dengan populasi sasaran perawat dan pasien yang ada di Rumah Sakit Umum Pelabuhan Kota Cirebon. Pengambilan sampel yang dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sample random sampling sebanyak 30 responden. Jenis dan sumber data meliputi data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari metode angket, dokumenter, dan kepustakaan. Kemudian, data yang terkumpul diolah dengan menggunakan metode coding, editing dan tabulasi data yang secara keseluruhan disajikan dengan tabel-tabel terutama tabel distribusi frekuensi dan tabel silang frekuensi serta dalam bentuk naratif. Analisis untuk data kuantitatif menggunakan metode statistic sederhana terutama model tabel distribusi frekuensi dan tabel silang frekuensi, sedangkan untuk data kualitatif menggunakan model analisis isi dan analisis perbandingan. Teknik dalam menganalisis mengunakan metode teoritical interpretation dengan cara mendiskusikan data disatu pihak dan teori atau norma dilain pihak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, diperoleh bahwa pelaksanaan standar prosedur operasional kebidanan di Rumah Sakit Umum Pelabuhan Kota Cirebon adalah efektif. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan indikator-indikator yakni tingginya tingkat kompetensi bidan, tingginya tingkat pengetahuan dan pemahaman bidan terhadap standar prosedur operasional kebidanan, dan baiknya penilaian pasien terhadap pelaksanaan standar prosedur operasional. Selain itu, diperoleh pula faktor-faktor yang cenderung mempengaruhi efektivitas standar prosedur operasional kebidanan dalam pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Pelabuhan Kota Cirebon yaitu faktor personal meliputi faktor kepemimpinan dan faktor kedisiplinan serta faktor sosial meliputi faktor fasilitas dan faktor kerjasama tim. |

Inggris) | The purpose oh this study is to determine the effectiveness level of midwifery standar operating procedures in the public health care at the Pelabuhan General Hospital Of Cirebon City and to determine the factors that affect the effectiveness of the standard operating procedures of midwifery in the public health care at the Pelabuhan General Hospital Of Cirebon City. The researcher used quantitative research method with socio-juridical approach and used field survey method, literature and documentary studies with approach and use field survey method, literature and documentary studies with approach research specification to suppoer the study. This study took place at the Pelabuhan General Hospital Of Cirebon City and the target population were midwifery and patients in the Pelabuhan General Hospital Of Cirebon City. Sampling method that use in this study sample random sampling by 30 respondents. Type and sources of the data include the primary data and secondary data that obtained from the questionnaire method, documentaries, and lieterature. Then, the collecter data was processed using the method of coding, editing and tabulation of data and ocerall presented with tables and cross tables of frequency distribution and frequency narrative form. Sample statistical methods, especially models and frequency distribution tables cross frequency tables was used to analyze the quantitative data, whereas content analyze the qualitative data. The technique used to analyze the theoretical interpretation method by discussing the data on the one side and the theory or interpretation method by discussing the data on the one side and the theory or norm on the other side. Based on the outcomes of research conducted by the researcher, it is found that the carrying out the midwifery standard operating procedures at the Pelabuhan General Hospital Of Cirebon City is effective. This is indicated by the following indicators; the high level of competence of midwifery, the high degree of cognition and savvy of the midwifery operational standard procedure, and good patient assessment of the implementation of standard operating procedures. In addition, there are factors that tend to affect the effectiveness of the standard operating procedure of midwifery in public health care at the Pelabuhan General Hospital Of Cirebon City such as personal factors include the factors of leadership and discipline factors and social factors include facilities factors and teamwork factors. |
