| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perkembangan gonad ikan lukas umur 100, 110, dan 120 hari pasca penetasan, serta mengetahui histologis hepatopankreas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survei dengan teknik pengambilan sampel stratified random sampling. Setiap umur yang telah ditentukan diambil sampel sebanyak 10 ekor. Gambaran histologis gonad dan hepatopankreas ikan lukas dianalisis secara deskriptif. Panjang dan bobot ikan lukas ditampilkan dalam bentuk grafik. Volume gonad, jumlah dan diameter sel germinal primordial (SGP), serta diameter hepatosit dianalisis menggunakan uji F (Anova) menggunakan program SPSS 16.0 for Windows. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji BNT perbedaan yang signifikan pada volume gonad ikan lukas umur 100 hari (p<0,05). Hasil uji analisis terhadap diameter SGP tidak signifikan disetiap tahapan umur ikan lukas. Uji BNJ terhadap jumlah SGP signifikan pada ikan lukas berumur 120 hari (p<0,05). Uji BNJ terhadap diameter hepatosit signifikan pada umur 120 hari (p<0,05). Volume gonad berkorelasi positif terhadap jumlah SGP (p<0,05; r = 0,852), akan tetapi tidak berkorelasi dengan diameter SGP (p<0,05; r = -0,073). Panjang dan bobot tubuh ikan lukas mengalami peningkatan seiring dengan bertambahnya umur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa gonad ikan lukas belum terdiferensiasi sehingga tidak dapat dibedakan antara gonad jantan dan betina. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The objective of this study was to evaluated the gonadal development in lukas fish aged 100, 110, and 120 days, and also observe histological of hepatopancreas. This study was conducted using survey method with sampling stratified random sampling technique. Every observation with age has been determined as many as 10 fish samples taken. Qualitative data such as gonads and hepatopancreas histological analyzed descriptively. Quantitative data such as length and weight is shown in graphs. Gonadal volume, the number and diameter of primordial germ cells (PGC’s), and also diameter of hepatocytes was analyzed using one way Anova. The result of LSD test showed that there are significant of lukas fish gonadal volume aged 100 days (p<0,05). The result of the analysis of PGC diameter showed nonsignificant at the aged of 100,110, and 120 days. HSD on the number of SGP showed significant in lukas fish aged 120 days (p<0,05). HSD on the diameter hepatocytes showed a significant at the aged 120 days (p<0,05). Gonadal volume positively correlated to the amount of the PGC (p<0,05; r = 0,852), but no correlation to the diameter of PGC (p<0,05; r = -0,073). The results of this study revealed gonadal of lukas fish has not differentiated. |
