| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tanggap pemberian Bio P60 (Pseudomonas fluorescens P60) dan Trichoderma sp. terhadap penyakit layu Phytophthora dan pertumbuhan tanaman pepaya. Penelitian dilaksanakan di lahan pepaya, Desa Linggasari, Kecamatan Kembaran, Kabupaten Banyumas, dari bulan Juli sampai September 2015. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Non Faktorial 5 perlakuan dan 6 kali ulangan. Perlakuan yang dicoba meliputi: kontrol (fungisida berbahan aktif mankozeb) (siram dan semprot), Trichoderma sp. (siram) + Trichoderma sp. (semprot), Trichoderma sp.(siram) + Bio P60 (P. fluorescens P60) (semprot), Bio P60 (P. fluorescens P60) (siram) + Trichoderma sp. (semprot), Bio P60 (P fluorescens P60) (siram) + Bio P60 (P. fluorescens P60) (semprot). Variabel yang diamati adalah persentase daun sehat, laju infeksi, jumlah daun sehat, dan jumlah buah sehat tanaman pepaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi penggunaan mikroba antagonis Bio P60 (P. fluorescens P60) (siram) dan Trichoderma sp. (semprot) efektif mengobati penyakit layu Phytophthora dengan peningkatan persentase daun sehat 38,57% dibandingkan kontrol. Kombinasi Bio P60 (P. fluorescens P60) (siram) + Trichoderma sp. (semprot) mampu meningkatkan jumlah daun sehat, dan jumlah buah sehat. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study aimed to know the response of Bio P60 (Pseudomonas fluorescens P60) and Trichoderma sp. addition to Phytophthora wilt and the growth of papaya. The research was conducted at the papaya field, Linggasari Village, Kembaran Sub-district, Banyumas Regency, from July to September 2015. Randomized block design was used with 5 treatments and 6 replicates. The treatments tested included: control (fungicide with active ingredients of mancozeb) (splash and spray), Trichoderma sp. (splash) + Trichoderma sp. (spray), Trichoderma sp. (splash) + Bio P60 (P. fluorescens P60) (spray), Bio P60 (P. fluorescens P60) (splash) + Trichoderma sp. (spray), Bio P60 (P. fluorescens P60) (splash) + Bio P60 (P. fluorescens P60) (spray). Variables observed were percentage of healthy leaves, infection rate, the number of healthy leaves, and the number of healthy fruit. Result of the research showed that the use of Bio P60 (P. fluorescens P60) (splash) and Trichoderma sp. (spray) could effectively treat the Phytophthora wilt with the increased percentage of healthy leaves as 38,57% compared to control. Bio P60 (P. fluorescens P60) (splash) + Trichoderma sp. (spray) could be able to increase the number of healthy leaves, and number of healthy fruit. |
