| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Padi merupakan tanaman pangan selain jagung, sagu dan umbi-umbian. Terpilihnya padi sebagai sumber karbohidrat utama adalah karena padi memiliki kelebihan sifat sifat tanaman bila dibandingkan dengan tanaman sumber karbohidrat lainnya. Kecamatan Pekuncen merupakan wilayah yang telah menjadi sentra tanaman padi. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui biaya yang dikeluarkan dan pendapatan yang diperoleh petani, mengetahui tingkat kepuasan petani, dan mengetahui prioritas kepentingan dan kepuasan petani benih padi varietas ciherang di Kecamatan Pekuncen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey. Pemilihan desa dilakukan secara purposive yaitu di Desa Cikawung, Glempang dan Tumiyang berdasarkan jumlah petani tiga terbanyak di setiap desa di Kecamatan Pekuncen. Penentuan responden menggunakan metode Simple Random Sampling, yang terambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 38 orang. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan dari bulan 5 April sampai 3 Mei 2015, dengan sasaran penelitian petani yang menggunakan benih padi varietas ciherang. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis biaya dan pendapatan, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), dan Important Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: Penerimaan rata-rata per 0,20 hektar per musim tanam padi ciherang di Kecamatan Pekuncen adalah Rp4.300.000 dan biaya produksi rata-rata per 0,20 hektar sebesar Rp2.263.197. Besarnya tingkat kepuasan petani benih padi ciherang sebsear 54,33% yang berada pada rentang “cukup puas”. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Rice is a crop other than corn, sago and tubers. The election of rice as the main source of carbohydrate is because rice has advantages properties of the plants compared with other carbohydrate sources plants. Pekuncen district is a region that has become the center of the rice plant. The purposes of this research were to determine the costs incurred and income obtained by farmers, knowing the satisfaction level of farmers, and knowing the priority of importance and satisfaction of rice seed farmer variety of Ciherang in the Pekuncen district. The research used a survey method. Selection of village is done by purposive method in the village of Cikawung, Glempang and Tumiyang based on the 3 most farmers in every village in the district of Pekuncen. Determination of the respondents is done using simple random sampling method, which is drawn in this study as many as 38 people. Retrieval of data carried from April 5rd to May th 2015, with the goal of this research was farmers using rice seed variety of Ciherang. Data were analyzed using analysis of costs and revenues, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), and Important Performance Analysis (IPA). The results showed that: the average Revenue per 0.20 hectare per season of rice planting variety of Ciherang in the Pekuncen district is Rp4.300.000 and the average cost of production per 0.20 hectare amounting to Rp 2.263.197. The level of satisfaction of rice seed farmer variety of Ciherang is about 54.33% which is in the range of "quite satisfied". Keywords: rice, cost, satisfaction |
