| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Indonesia adalah negara produsen Crude Palm Oil (CPO) terbesar di dunia. CPO banyak digunakan sebagai bahan baku industri pangan (minyak goreng dan margarine), bahan baku industri sabun, kosmetik, dan sebagai bahan bakar alternatif. Ketersediaan CPO di dalam negeri menjadi hal yang mutlak bagi pemenuhan kebutuhan berbagai industri tersebut. Negara importir CPO seperti Cina, India, Amerika membutuhkan CPO untuk memenuhi kebutuhan minyak nabati.. Perbedaan antara tingkat harga dunia dengan harga domestik yang mendorong para produsen lebih memilih menjual CPO keluar negeri, sehingga didalam negeri permintaan CPO menjadi tidak terpenuhi membuat harga domestik menjadi meningkat. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi harga domestik CPO antara lain volume produksi, permintaan dunia, ekspor, dan harga dunia CPO. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) volume produksi, permintaan dunia, ekspor, harga dunia dan harga domestik CPO 2) pengaruh volume produksi, permintaan dunia, ekspor dan harga dunia terhadap harga domestik CPO 3) faktor yang dominan dalam mempengaruhi harga domestik CPO Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data time series selama 15 tahun mulai dari 1999 kuartal 1 sampai 2013 kuartal 4 yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik, Kementrian Perdagangan Indonesia, Bank Indonesia, Kementrian Keuangan Indonesia, World Bank, Annual and Oil World serta bahan pustaka berupa buku-buku dan jurnal penelitian yang berhubungan dengan topik penelitian ini. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan metode OLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) volume produksi, permintaan dunia, ekspor dan harga dunia berpengaruh nyata terhadap harga domestik CPO, 2) faktor yang dominan mempengaruhi harga domestik adalah ekspor CPO.

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Indonesia is the biggest producer country of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) in the world. CPO are much used as the industry raw material (cooking oil and margarine), raw material industry of soap, cosmetic, and as the alternative fuel. The supply of CPO in domestic becomes the absolute matters for need fulfillment for many industries. The importer countries of CPO are such as China, India, United State they all need CPO to fulfill the need of vegetable oil. The huge number of the CPO demand and the low of the production cause the demand cannot be fulfilled so it makes the high price of CPO to become increase in the domestic which it is caused by the difference between the level of world price and with the domestic price that encourage the producer to choose more to sell CPO in the other countries. The factors that affect the domestic price of CPO are such as production volume, world demand, export, and world price of CPO. This research aims to know about 1) production volume, world demand, export, world price and domestic price of CPO, 2) the effect of production volume, world demand, export, and world price to the domestic price of CPO, 3) the dominant factor in affecting the domestic price of CPO in Indonesia. Data that have been used in this research are the data of time series for 15 years started from 1999 semester 1 until 2013 semester 4 that have been obtained from the Statistic Center Board, Ministry of Trade of Indonesia, Bank of Indonesia, Financial Ministry of Indonesia, World Bank, Annual and Oil World and the literature materials such as books, research journal that related with this research topic. The analysis that is used is double regression linier by using the method of OLS. Result of research shows that 1) production volume, world demand, export, and world price will affect to the domestic price of CPO, 2) dominant factor that affect the domestic price of export of CPO.
