| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Industri Tiga Sekawan berlokasi di Desa Beluk, Kecamatan Belik, Kabupaten Pemalang. Permasalahan yang dihadapi pada industri yaitu pengusaha tidak memperhitungkan secara terperinci mengenai aspek-aspek finansial dalam usahanya, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) biaya, penerimaan, dan pendapatan, (2) tingkat efisiensi usaha, (3) besarnya nilai tambah nanas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 15 April sampai 30 Mei 2015. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah industri Tiga Sekawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis biaya dan pendapatan, R/C ratio, Break Even Point (BEP), dan analisis nilai tambah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata total biaya produksi dodol nanas kemasan plastik per bulan sebesar Rp15.718.555,56 dengan penerimaan sebesar Rp22.400.000,00, sehingga rata-rata pendapatan sebesar Rp6.681.444,44 sedangkan total biaya produksi dodol nanas kemasan toples per bulan sebesar Rp4.537.930,56 dengan penerimaan sebesar Rp6.000.000,00, sehingga rata-rata pendapatan sebesar Rp1.462.069,44. Rata-rata total biaya produksi untuk dua macam kemasan tersebut yaitu sebesar Rp20.256.486,11 dengan total penerimaan rata-rata perbulan sebesar Rp28.400.000 sehingga diperoleh totol pendapatan bersih untuk dua macam kemasan tersebut rata-rata sebesar Rp8.143.513,889 per bulan. R/C ratio kemasan plastik 1,43 dan kemasan toples 1,32 atau lebih besar dari 1 sehingga usaha sudah efisien dan layak untuk diusahakan serta dikembangkan. BEP (unit) kemasan plastik sebesar 73,9 kemasan dan BEP (penerimaan) sebesar Rp1.034.639. BEP (unit) kemasan toples sebesar 54,4 toples dan BEP (penerimaan) sebesar Rp1.087.201. Nilai tambah dodol nanas adalah sebesar Rp8.662,59 per kilogram.

The problem faced in the industry that the entrepreneurs do not count in detail about the financial aspects in their business, so this study was aimed to determine: (1) the cost, the income, and the profit, (2) the level of business efficiency, (3) the amount of added value of pineapple. The research was conducted on April 15 until May 30, 2015. The goal of this research was industry Tiga Sekawan. The research method used was a case study in the industry Tiga Sekawan. The analytical method used in this research was the costs and profit analysis, R/C ratio, Break Even Point (BEP), and value added analysis. The results shown that the average of pineapple dodol cost production with plastic packaging per month during April and May 2015 was Rp 15.718.555,56 with the income Rp 22.400.000,00, so that the average profit was Rp 6.681.444,44 while the total cost of production pineapple dodol with jar packaging per month during April and May 2015 was Rp 4.537.930,56 with the income Rp 6.000.000,00, so that the average profit was Rp 1.462.069,44. The average of total cost of production for these two kinds of packaging was Rp 20.256.486,11 with the total monthly income average was Rp 28.400.000 thus resulted profit for the two kinds of packaging by an average Rp 8.143.513,889 per month , R/C ratio of 1.43 for plastic packaging and 1.32 for jar packaging or greater than 1. It means that the business is efficient and worthed to be run and expanded. BEP (unit) plastic packaging amounted 73,9 bags and BEP (income) amounted Rp1.034.639. BEP (unit) jar packaging amounted 54.4 jars and BEP (income) amounted Rp 1.087.201. The added value pineapple dodol amounted Rp 8.662,59 per kilogram.
