| Judul Artikel | HUBUNGAN DERAJAT TEKANAN DARAH TERHADAP DERAJAT RETINOPATI DIABETIK PADA PASIEN DIABETES MELLITUS |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Retinopati diabetika (RD) merupakan salah satu komplikasi mikrovaskular pada penderita diabetes mellitus (DM) dan merupakan penyebab tingginya kasus kebutaan. Tingginya prevalensi dan resiko hipertensi meningkatkan resiko retinopati pada penderita DM. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan derajat tekanan darah terhadap derajat retinopati pada pasien DM Desain Penelitian: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain studi cross-sectional. Subjek penelitian adalah penderita DM yang berobat di Poliklinik Penyakit Dalam RSUD Prof. dr. Margono Soekarjo, Purwokerto pada bulan September 2015 menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Didapatkan 24 subjek penelitian yang memenuhi kriteria insklusi. Data derajat tekanan darah diperoleh melalui pengukuran langsung oleh peneliti dan derajat RD ditentukan oleh dokter spesialis mata. Data univariat disajikan dalam bentuk tabel. Hubungan derajat hipertensi dengan derajat RD dianalisis menggunakan uji Spearman’s Hasil: Uji Spearman’s hubungan derajat tekanan darah dengan derajat RD diperoleh nilai p=0.001, r=0.642 (p<0.05, r>0.6, 95% CI). Kesimpulan: Derajat tekanan darah berhubungan dengan derajat RD. Semakin tinggi derajat tekanan darah semakin tinggi derajat RD. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: diabetic retinopathy (DR) is one of the microvascular complications in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) and is the cause of the high incidence of blindness. The high prevalence and risk of hypertension increases the risk of retinopathy in patients with DM. Objective:To determine the relationship of between the degree of blood pressure with the degree of retinopathy in diabetic patients. Study Design: This study is observational study with cross-sectional design. Subjects were DM patients who seek treatment at the Polyclinic of Internal Medicine Prof. dr. Margono Soekarjo Hospital, Purwokerto in September 2015 using purposive sampling technique. Retrieved 24 research subjects who meet the criteria inclusion. Data of the degree of blood pressure obtained through direct measurements by the researchers and the degree of DR prescribed by an ophthalmologist. Univariate data is presented in tabular form. Relations degree of blood pressure with degree DR analyzed by Spearman’s test Results: Spearman’s correlation test obtained that the degree of blood pressure with degree of DR was significant p = 0.001, r = 0.642 (p<0.05, r>0.06, CI, 95%). Conclusions: The degree of blood pressure associated with the degree of DR. It was concluded that higher the degree of blood pressure will strongly impact on the higher the degree DR. |
