| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) dosis pemberian pupuk NPK dan pupuk daun yang tepat sehingga dapat memberikan pertumbuhan yang baik pada bibit tanaman jambu air citra, 2) efektivitas Trichoderma sp sebagai pengimbas ketahanan terhadap penyakit karat putih bibit tanaman jambu air citra dan 3) pengaruh interaksi pupuk NPK, pupuk daun dan Trichoderma sp pada pertumbuhan bibit jambu air citra dan ketahanannya terhadap penyakit karat putih. Penelitian dilaksanakan sejak bulan Desember 2014 sampai Mei 2015 di Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman dan Screen House Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial dengan tiga faktor yaitu pupuk NPK, pupuk daun dan Trichoderma sp. Variabel yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah cabang, luas daun, intensitas penyakit dan kandungan senyawa fenol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dosis pupuk NPK 30 g/tanaman dan 40 g/tanaman serta dosis pupuk daun 1 g/l dan 2 g/l tidak dapat meningkatkan tinggi tanaman,jumlah daun, jumlah cabang dan luas daun bibit tanaman jambu air citra. Trichoderma sp mampu mengimbas ketahanan bibit yang ditunjukkan dengan adanya peningkatan kandungan saponin. Kombinasi perlakuan pupuk NPK, pupuk daun dan Trichoderma sp tidak berpengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah cabang dan luas daun, kombinasi perlakuan dosis pupuk dengan penambahan Trichoderma sp mampu mengurangi intensitas penyakit karat putih sebesar 24,88 %. |

Inggris) | The research aims were (1) to know the appropriate application dosage of NPK and foliar fertilizer to provide a good grafting plant growth of water apple var citra (2) the effectiveness of Trichoderma sp as an inducer of resistance to the white rust disease of water apple var citra grafting plant and (3) the interaction effect of NPK, foliar fertilizers and Trichoderma sp. to the grafting plant growth of water apple var citra and its resistance to the white rust disease. The research was conducted from December 2014 to May 2015 at the Plant Protection Laboratory and Screen House of Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto. The factorial experiment with randomized block designwas used in this research, with three factors i.e NPK, foliar fertilizer and Trichoderma sp. Variables observed were plant height, number of leaf, number of branch, foliar size, disease intensity and the phenol compound content. The research result indicated that NPK fertilizer at 30 g/plant and 40 g/plant application dosage also foliar fertilizer at 1 g/l and 2 g/l application dosage could not increase the plant height, number of leaf, number of branch and leaf size. Increasing of saponin indicated that Trichoderma sp have ability to imduce the plant resistance The combination of the treatments could not affecting the plant height, number of leaf, number of branch and leaf size. The combination of treatments and Trichoderma sp has the ability to reduce white rust disease by 24.88 %. |
