| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bobot dan persentase organ pencernaan berbagai ayam sentul jantan umur 18 Minggu. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode eksperimental dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis variansi, apabila perlakuan berpengaruh nyata, maka dilanjutkan dengan uji Beda Nyata Jujur (BNJ). Perlakuan yang digunakan yaitu Sa = ayam sentul abu, Sb = ayam sentul batu, Sd = ayam sentul debu, Se = ayam sentul emas, Sg = ayam sentul geni. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa rataan bobot pencernaan, yaitu 79,08 g ± 16,3 sedangkan persentase bagian-bagian pencernaan, yaitu 7,80 % ± 2,01. Hasil analisis variansi menunjukan berbagai ayam sentul abu, batu, debu, emas dan geni menunjukan berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap bobot dan persentase bagian-bagian organ pencernaan, kecuali bobot dan persentase gizzard nyata (P<0,05). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat perbedaaan bobot gizzard pada berbagai jenis ayam sentul. Bobot gizzard tertinggi yaitu pada ayam sentul abu dan bobot gizzard terendah yaitu pada ayam sentul batu. Bobot dan persentase bagian organ pencernaan lainnya dan organ asesoris memiliki bobot yang realtif sama. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The purpose of this research was to determine the weight and percentage of organs in digestive organ in various sentul cockerel in the age 18 weeks. This research was conducted by using the experimental method with the complete random design (CDR). Data that have been obtained then were analyzed by using the variance analysis, if the treatment gave a real effect, it was continued with the test of Honest Real Difference (HRD). The treatment that had been used was Sa = grey sentul cockerel Sb = stone sentul cockerel, Sd = dust sentul cockerel, Se = gold sentul cockerel, Sg = fire sentul cockerel. The result of research showed that the average of digestion weight esophagus, craw, proventriculus, gizzard, jejenum, ileum, duodenum, colon and accessory organs liver, spleen, pancreas was 79.08 g ± 16.3, while , the percentage of digestive parts was 7.80 % ± 2.01. The result of variance analysis showed an insignificant effect (P > 0.05) on the weight and percentage of the digestive organs, exceptionally on the weight and percentage of the real gizzard (P<0.05). This research concludes that there is a difference in weight for the gizzard to the various sentul cockerd. The highest weight of gizzard is that of the grey sentul cockerel and the lowest one is that of stone sentul cockerel The weight and percentage of the other digestive organs and accessory has a relatively similar weight. |
