Indonesia) | Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penggunaan faktor produksi (jumlah ternak sapi yang dipelihara, pakan hijauan, pakan konsentrat, kepadatan kandang, umur peternak) dan PBBH ternak sapi potong serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor produksi (jumlah ternak sapi yang dipelihara, pakan hijauan, pakan konsentrat, kepadatan kandang dan umur peternak) terhadap PBBH pada sapi potong di Kabupaten Purbalingga. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei (survey method). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan observasi, pencatatan, dan wawancara. Jumlah populasi sapi potong di tiga kecamatan sebanyak 166 ST (38,7 %) dari jumlah populasi sapi potong yang ada di Kabupaten Purbalingga. Pertambahan Bobot Badan Harian (PBBH) sapi potong di Kabupaten Purbalingga dipengaruhi oleh jumlah kepemilikan ternak dan pemberian pakan hijauan. Variabel jumlah kepemilikan ternak (X1) merupakan variabel yang paling berperan dalam penelitian ini dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,732. PBBH sapi potong 62,83% dipengaruhi oleh jumlah kepemilikan ternak, jumlah pakan hijauan, jumlah pakan konsentrat, kepadatan kandang dan umur peternak. |

Inggris) | The purpose of research was to find out the usage of production factor (total of the cattle ownership, green food, concentrate food, cage density, famer age) and PBBH of beef cattle and to find out the effect of the production f actor (total of the cattle ownership, green food, concentrate food, density cage and famer age) to the PBBH of beef cattle in the Regency of Purbalingga. Method in this research used survey method. Technique of data collection was conducted by using observation, recording, and interview. Total population of beef cattle in three Sub districts were 166 ST (38.7%) from the total population of beef cattle that were in the Regency of Purbalingga. The rise of daily body weight (PBBH) of beef cattle in Regency of Purbalingga was affected by the total of beef cattle ownership and giving of green food. Total variable of beef cattle ownership (X1) was the variable that had the most role in this research with regression coefficient value 0.732. PBBH production of beef cattle 62.83% was affected by the total beef cattle ownership, total green food, total concentrate food, cage density and famer age. |
