| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Partisipasi masyarakat dan kemampuan tim fasilitator terhadap efektivitas program sanitasi lingkungan berbasis masyarakat di Desa Dukuhwaluh Kecamatan Kembaran Kabupaten Banyumas”. Sanitasi merupakan salah satu kebijakan untuk mencapai tujuan pembangunan Kabupaten Banyumas. Kurangnya kesadaran partisipasi dan kepedulian masyarakat akan kesehatan lingkungan pada masalah limbah rumah tangga, drainase, MCK dan perilaku BABS yang masih buruk didaerah perkotaan membuat angka kematian yang diakibatkannya cukup tinggi. disebabkan rendahnya tingkat pendidikan dan pengetahuan masyarakat. Hal tersebut mendorong pemerintah untuk meningkatkan pembangunan program SLBM yang di anggap mampu menekan angka kematian yang di akibatkan lingkungan kumuh karena sanitasi buruk. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Dukuhwaluh, Kecematan Kembaran Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa metode Kuantitatif dengan pendekatan sensus, yaitu penelitian mengambil satu kelompok populasi sebagai sampel secara keseluruhan atau dengan jumlah sampel 43 orang yang merupakan masyarakat pengguna IPAL Komunal, SLBM. Sebagai fokus utama dari penelitian ini adalah efektivitas program SLBM. Sasaran dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat penguna Ipal komunal dari program SLBM. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Secara umum Partisipasi masyarakat dan kemapuan tim fasilitator sepenuhnya mempengaruhi efektivitas program SLBM. Dan memiliki pengaruh pengaruh yang tinggi namun tidak sepenuhnya. Masih ada sebagian kecil variabel lain yang berpengaruh terhadap variabel efektivitas program seperti sosial ekonomi masyarakat, status soasial dan pendidikan. |

Inggris) | This research, entitled "Effects of community participation and the ability of the team of facilitators on the effectiveness of community-based environmental sanitation program in the Village of DukuhwaluhBanyumas District of Kembaran". Sanitation is one of the policies to achieve development goals in Banyumas. Lack of awareness and participation of environmental health public awareness on the problem of household waste, drainage, toilets and Babs were still bad behavior in urban areas that make the resulting mortality rate is quite high. Caused by one of the low level of education and knowledge society, it encourages governments to promote development SLBM program that is considered able to reduce the number of deaths in result of rundown neighborhood because of poor sanitation. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of public participation and the ability of the team of facilitators on the effectiveness of community-based environmental sanitation program. After the launch program and utilized by the target communities program that has been running less than a year, this research wanted to see the extent of the success or effectiveness of this program. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with the census approach, the research took a sample group of the population as a whole or with a sample of 43 people who are Communal WWTP user community, SLBM. The results showed that the general public participation and Traffic facilitator team fully affect the effectiveness of the SLBMs program. And has the effect of high impact but not entirely. There is still a small fraction of other variables that influence the effectiveness of program variables such as socio-economic, social and educational status. |
