Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Sungai Donan mendapatkan masukan limbah dari aktivitas industri-industri yang mengandung logam Cd. Logam tersebut akan terserap oleh mangrove Rhizophora apiculata dan Avicennia marina. Skripsi ini berjudul “Bioakumulasi Logam Berat Kadmium (Cd) Pada Mangrove Jenis Rhizophora apiculata Dan Avicennia marina Di Sungai Donan Segara Anakan Cilacap”. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui kandungan logam berat Cd di sedimen, akar, batang dan daun, serta hubungannya antara kandungan logam Cd di sedimen dengan kandungan logam Cd di akar, batang, dan daun. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey, dengan teknik pengambilan Purposive Random Sampling pada 5 stasiun dengan 3 kali ulangan. Data dianalisis dengan Uji F dan regresi korelasi. Kandungan logam Cd di sedimen berkisar 11,8900 – 34,6189 ppm, Cd di akar R. apiculata berkisar 0,4618 – 1,3250 ppm, Cd di batang berkisar 0,2526 – 0,8264 ppm, Cd di daun berkisar 0,0925 – 0,6038 ppm. Cd di akar A. marina berkisar 0,5629 – 1,0756 ppm, Cd di batang berkisar 0,2670 – 0,8625 ppm, Cd di daun berkisar 0,1345 – 0,6350 ppm. Hubungan Cd di sedimen terhadap Cd di mangrove memiliki keeratan yang kuat. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut kandungan logam Cd di sedimen berpengaruh terhadap Cd di akar, batang dan daun R. apiculata dan A. marina.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) Donan river get input wastes from industries activity containing metal Cd. The metal will be absorbed by the mangrove Rhizophora apiculata and Avicennia marina. A study, entitled "Bioaccumulation of Heavy Metal Cadmium (Cd) At type Mangrove Rhizophora apiculata and Avicennia marina On Donan river of Segara Anakan Cilacap ", was to determine Cd heavy metals in sediments, roots, stems and leaves. The relationship in sediment with its content in roots, stems, and leaves. A survey method applied purposive random sampling techniques at 5 stations in triplicates. Data were F-tested and its regression correlation were calculated. Cd content in sediment ranged between 11.8900-34.6189 ppm. While, Cd in the roots of R. apiculata, in stems, and in the leaves were 0.4618-1.3250 ppm, 0.2526-0.8264 ppm, and 0.0925-0.6038 ppm, respectively. Cd in roots of A. marina, in stems, and in leaves ranged between 0.5629-1.0756 ppm, 0.2670-0.8625 ppm, and 0.1345-0.6350 ppm, respectively. The relationship between Cd in mangrove and Cd in sediment were significant. Based on these, Cd content in sediment could affect Cd in roots, stems and leaves in R. apiculata and A. marina.
