| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan anggota terhadap kualitas pelayanan dan barang di KUD Rukun Tani; dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat partisipasi anggota KUD Rukun Tani. Metode penelitian adalah studi kasus dengan tempat penelitian yang dipilih secara sengaja yaitu KUD Rukun Tani. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Two Stage Cluster Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 43 anggota dari tiga desa anggota koperasi. Analisis data menggunakan Method of Successive Interval (MSI) dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepuasan anggota koperasi terhadap barang yang disediakan oleh koperasi adalah sebesar 81,24 persen dalam kategori sangat puas ditinjau dari harga, mutu dan ketersediaan barang. Kepuasan anggota terhadap pelayanan koperasi sebesar 82,17 persen dalam kategori sangat puas. Tingkat partisipasi anggota koperasi dalam manajemen koperasi sebesar 45,73 persen termasuk dalam kategori cukup; dalam permodalan sebesar 42,83 persen termasuk dalam kategori cukup; dan dalam pemanfaatan pelayanan sebesar 67,9 persen termasuk dalam kategori aktif. Faktor yang berpengaruh pada partisipasi anggota adalah kepuasan anggota, umur dan jarak tempat tinggal, sedangkan faktor pendapatan anggota dan pengalaman berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap partisipasi anggota koperasi. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study aimed to analyze the satisfaction of members of the quality of services and products in KUD Rukun Tani; and analyzes the factors that influence the level of participation of members of KUD Rukun Tani. This research is a case study with a purposively selected research location which is KUD Rukun Tani. Sampling techniques used Two Stage Cluster Sampling with a total sample of 43 members from three villages which are the cooperative’s members. Analysis of data used Method of Successive Interval (MSI) and multiple regression analysis. The results showed cooperative members’ satisfaction against the products provided by the cooperative amounted to 81.24 per cent in the category of very satisfied, in terms of price, quality and availability of products. Satisfaction of members of the cooperative services by 82.17 percent in the category of very satisfied. The level of participation of cooperative members in the cooperative management amounted to 45.73 per cent included in the category of enough; in fund giving amounted to 42.83 per cent included in the category of enough; and in the utilization of services by 67.9 per cent included in the active category. Factors that affect the members’ patisipation are members’ satisfaction, age and distance of residence, while the income factor and experience of members influented no significant effect on the participation of members of the cooperative. |
