| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Mengetahui biaya yang dikeluarkan dan pendapatan yang diperoleh pada usaha penggilingan padi di Kecamatan Patikraja Kabupaten Banyumas. (2) Mengetahui efisiensi usaha penggilingan padi di Kecamatan Patikraja. (3) Mengetahui kinerja usaha penggilingan padi di Kecamatan Patikraja. Penelitian menggunakan metode survey dengan tempat penelitian yang dipilih secara sengaja yaitu Kecamatan Patikraja. Penentuan responden menggunakan metode sensus dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 12 orang. Analisis data menggunakan analisis biaya, pendapatan, dan rentabilitas ekonomi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan biaya produksi pada bulan April 2015 untuk tipe maklon rata-rata sebesar Rp7.298.303,75, tipe non maklon sebesar Rp136.462.100,00, tipe gabungan sebesar Rp332.689.752,67. Pendapatan yang diperoleh dari tipe maklon rata-rata sebesar Rp3.601.331,25, tipe non maklon sebesar Rp21.596.700,00, tipe gabungan sebesar Rp22.585.847,33. Usaha penggilingan padi sudah efisien, dikarenakan nilai rentabilitas ekonomi tipe maklon sebesar 49,4 persen, tipe non maklon sebesar 15,8 persen, dan tipe gabungan sebesar 6,79 persen lebih besar dari suku bunga deposito yaitu 4,25 persen per bulan. Kinerja usaha penggilingan padi di Kecamatan Patikraja sudah baik, karena setiap tipe usaha sudah mendapatkan pendapatannya masing-masing dan penggunaan modal sudah efisien karena nilai rentabilitas lebih besar dari suku bunga deposito yang berlaku. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The research aimed to (1) knowing the cost and revenue in rice mills in the district of patikraja regency of banyumas. (2) Knowing the rice milling business efficiency in district of patikraja regency of banyumas. (3) Knowing the business performance of rice mill in district patikraja regency of banyumas. This research uses the method of survey with the selected place that has been selected intentionally it is in Sub district of Patikraja. Taking sample uses the method of census with the number of respondents are 12 people. Data analysis uses the cost analysis, income, and rentability of economy. The result of research shows that cost production on April 2015 in the type of maklon in average is Rp 7,298,303.75, type of non maklon is Rp 136,462,100.00, type of combining is Rp332,698,752.67. The income has been obtained from type of maklon in average is Rp3,601,331.25, type of non maklon is Rp21.596.700,00, type of combining is Rp22,585,847.33. The business of rice mill has become efficient it is caused the value of rentability economy type of maklon is 49.4 percent, type of non maklon is 15.8 percent, and type of combining is 6.79 percent bigger than the level interest rate of deposite that is 4.25 percent per month. The business performance of rice in the Sub district of Patikraja has increased, because every type of business has obtained the advantage each of them and the usage of the capital has become efficient because the value of rentability is bigger than saving interest rate now. |
