| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengkaji pengaruh suplementasi tepung kulit bawang putih (Allium sativum) pada pakan kambing yang tercukupi Se, Cr, Zn terhadap Body Condition Score (BCS) dan jumlah sel somatik susu. Materi yang digunakan berupa ternak kambing perah Bangsa Jawa Randu laktasi kedua sejumlah 15 ekor, pakan komplit kambing perah hijauan (PK: 9,05%) dan konsentrat (PK: 19,07%) dengan perbandingan 70:30. Metode yang digunakan adalah ekperimantal secara in-vivo. Perlakuan yang diujicobakan yaitu R0 terdiri atas Pakan Kontrol (Hijauan dan Konsentrat perbandinngan 70:30). R1 terdiri atas pakan R0 + Tepung kulit bawang putih (Allium sativum) 30ppm. R2 terdiri dari pakan R1 + Mineral Organik (Se 0,3ppm, Cr 1,5ppm, Zn 40ppm) data dianalisa menggunakan analisis variansi dilanjutkan dengan uji Tukey (HSD). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perlakuan tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap nilai Body Condition Score (BCS) (P>0,05), tetapi nilai BCS yang didapat masih dalam taraf normal dengan rataan berturut-turut 2,40 (R0), 2,00 (R1), dan 2,60 (R2). Perlakuan tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap jumlah sel somatik susu, dengan jumlah sel somatik susu masih dalam taraf normal susu kambing dengan rataan berturut-turut 420 x 103 sel/ml (R0), 420,4 x 103 (R1) sel/ml, dan 417,6 x 103 (R2) sel/ml. Dari hasil yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa suplementasi tepung kulit bawang putih (Allium sativum) pada pakan kambing perah secara in-vivo (hijuan 70% dan konsentrat 30%) dan penambahan mineral mikro (0,3 ppm Selenium + 1,5 ppm Chromium + 40 ppm Zink-lysinat) pada pakan kambing perah tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap nilai Body Condition Score (BCS) dan jumlah sel somatik susu. |

Inggris) | The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of Garlic (Allium Sativum) Husk Flour in the goat feed which was adequate by Se, Cr, Zn minerals on the Body Condition Score (BCS) and the amount of Milk Somatic Cell. The research materials were 15 Javanese Dairy Goats from the second lactation, with a complete feed dairy goats forage (PK: 9,05%) and Concentrate (19,07%) with the ratio 70:30. This research used in-vivo experimental method. The tested treatments were R0 consisting of control feed (grass and concentrate with the ratio 70:30), R1 consisting of feed R0 + garlic powder (Allium sativum) 30ppm, and R2 consisting of feed R1 + Organic Minerals (Se 0,3 ppm, Cr 1,5 ppm, Zn 40 ppm). Data analysis used the variance analysis and Tukey Test (HSD). The result of the research showed that the treatments did not significantly affect the value of Body Condition Score (BCS) (P>0,05), which was still in the normal level with the average in a row, 2,40 (R0), 2,00 (R1), dan 2,60 (R2). The treatments did not significantly affect the amount of milk somatic cells, which was still in the normal level of goat milk with the average in a row, 420 x 103 sel/ml (R0), 420,4 x 103 (R1) sel/ml, dan 417,6 x 103 (R2) sel/ml. In conclusion, the supplementation of garlic peel powder (Allium sativum) in goat feed in-vivo (grass 70% and concentrate 30%) and the addition of micro minerals (0,3 ppm Selenium + 1,5 ppm Chromium + 40 ppm Zink-lysinat) togoat feed did not influence the value of Body Condition Score (BCS) and the amount of milk somatic cells. |
