| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) memahami dan mendeskripsikan bentuk dominasi pelaku modal toko modern terhadap pelaku ekonomi pasar tradisional; 2) mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan kemampuan Perda nomor 3 tahun 2010 tentang penataan dan pembinaan pasar tradisional, pusat perbelanjaan, dan toko modern di Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan kenyataan bahwa toko modern mendominasi pelaku ekonomi pasar tradisional dalam bentuk: 1) managemen dan fasilitas toko modern, 2) keterlibatan oknum dari pemerintah daerah dalam meloloskan informal market yang melanggar Perda. 3) jual beli kekuasaan di ranah wewenang dalam pemerintah daerah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelanggaran Perda yang dilakukan toko modern terjadi akibat adanya pemandulan Perda Nomor 3 Tahun 2010 dan adanya politik diskriminasi toko modern. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research aims to: 1) understand and describe the form of the modern store’s stock owner domination against the economical actors of traditional market; 2) identify and describe the ability of the local regulation number 3 of 2010 on the structure and the development of traditional markets, shopping centers, and modern stores in Banyumas Regency. The method in this research is using the qualitative method with a case study approach. The results of this research revealed the fact that the modern stores dominate the traditional market's economical actors in the forms of: 1) the management and facilities of the modern stores, 2) the involvement of certain individuals of the local government who passed the informal market in violation of the local regulations. 3) The transaction of power in the realm of authority in the local government. This research concluded that the violations of local regulations by the modern stores are the result of the sterilized local regulation number 3 of 2010 and the presence of modern store's political discrimination. |
