| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Faktor- Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Produksi Tembakau Di Kecamatan Kledung, Kabupaten Temanggung”. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk: (1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh luas lahan, bibit, pupuk kandang, pupuk ZA, tenaga kerja dan lama usaha terhadap Produksi petani tembakau di Kecamatan Kledung Kabupaten Temanggung. (2) Untuk menganalisis elastisitas produksi tembakau di Kecamatan Kledung, Kabupaten Temanggung.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei, sedangkan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Stratified random sampling, sehingga didapatkan sebanyak 93 responden yang adalah petani tembakau di Kecamatan Kledung, Kabupaten Temanggung. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan logaritma natural. Dari hasil penelitian menggunakan regresi linear menunjukkan bahwa: Luas lahan,bibit,pupuk kandang,pupuk ZA, tenaga kerja dan lama usaha secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap produksi tembakau di Kecamatan lkedung,kabupaten temanggung. Secara parsial variabel luas lahan dan bibit, terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel tersebut berperan penting dalam menentukan hasil produksi tembakau. Sedangkan variabel pupuk kandang,pupuk ZA, tenaga kerja dan lama usaha berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan. Meski tidak signifikan keempat variabel tersebut tetap memiliki peran dalam memproduksi tembakau, sehingga perlu diperhatikan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah, petani perlu meningkatkan jumlah bibit, karena terbukti pengaruhnya positif dan signifikan. Sementara Penggunaan pupuk kandang, pupuk ZA dan tenaga kerja disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan skala produksi yang diharapkan agar hasil produksi dapat optimal . Penggunaan Bibit sebaiknya tetap dipertahankan atau ditingkatkan, karena menurut statistik faktor produksi bibit memiliki nilai elastisitas yang paling besar. Dan untuk jenis bibit yang digunakan, petani diharapkan mampu memilih bibit yang tepat untuk lahan mereka dan perkiraan keadaan cuaca pada musim tersebut. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The title of this research is “Factors Affecting the Production of Tobacco In Sub-District Kledung , the District of Temanggung. The purposes of the research are: (1) to find out how land area, seeds, organic fertilizer, ZA fertilizer, labors and the the amount of working time affect tobacco farmers production in the Sub-District of Kledung, the District of Temanggung. (2) To analyze the elasticity of tobacco production in the Sub-District of Kledung, the District of Temanggung. The type of this research is survey research while the method of sample obtaintment is Stratified random sampling method, hence 93 respondents are obtained. The method of analysis employed is multiple linear regression analysis with natural logarithm Employing linear regression method, the result of the research shows that: land area, seeds, organic fertilizer, ZA fertilizer, labors and the the amount of working time simultaneously have positive effects towards tobacco production in the Sub-District of Kledung, the District of Temanggung. Partially, land area and seeds variable are proven to have positive and significant effects. It shows that those two variables play great roles in affecting the production of tobacco. Meanwhile, organic fertilizer, ZA fertilizer, labor and the amount of working variables have positive but insignificant effects. In spite of being insignificant both of those four variables still have roles in tobacco production, hence they need to be considered. The implication of this research is that farmers need to add more seeds, because from the facts, it is proven that the effects are positive and significant. Meanwhile, the application of organic fertilizer, ZA fertilizer, the exertion of labors and amount of working time should be adapted with the needs and production scales expected in order to obtain optimal production result. The application of seeds should be maintained or improved, because, according to the statistics, seeds production factor has the greatest elasticity value. Moreover, for the type of seeds used, farmers are expected to be capable of picking the right ones suitable for their lands and the prediction of the weather during the considered season. |
