| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | RINGKASAN Kupu-kupu merupakan insect menarik, penuhnya warna dan hadir dimana-mana. Larvanya berkelompok di suatu tempat dan perubahan benrtuk larva menjadikan kupu-kupu sangat mudah di amati. Oleh karena itu kupu-kupu sangat bagus untuk pengamatan untuk mengetahui keragaman kuipu-kupu. Kupu-kupu menghadapi ancaman kepunahan yang disesbabkan oleh ahli fungsi lahan habitatnya, bahwa daerah yang dilindungi dan berdekatan dengan hutan alami memiliki jumlah keragaman kupu-kupu di dalam komunitas yang lebih tinggi apabila dibandingkan dengan daerah yang tidak dilindungi dan terpisah dari hutan. Dengan habitat kupu-kupu dengan jumlah pakan yang tidak tersedia cukup secara langsung diikuti dengan keanekaragaman spesies kupu-kupu darui pada ahlifungsi lahan. Penurunan keragaman tumbuhan, perbedaan waktu akan menyebabkan terjadinya penurunan keragaman kupu-kupu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keragaman kupu-kupu dan mengetahui spesies mana yang paling banyak ditemukan yang terdapat di Kawasan Hutan Pendidikan Konservasi Gunung Tugel. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey dengan tekhnik pengambilan purposive random sampling. Variable yang diamati adalah keragaman kupu-kupu dan habitat. Analisis data keragaman dilakukan dengan penghitungan Indeks Shannon-Wienner, Indeks Simpsons, dan Morisita-Horn dengan menggunakan program Biodiversity Pro 2 dan Program Estimates 6.01b. Hasil penelitian didapatkan sebanyak 6 familia yaitu Danaidae, Lycaenidae, Nymphalidae, Satyridae, Papilionidae, dan Pieridae, dengan jumlah 24 spesies dan 154 individu. Nilai keragaman berdasarkan indeks keragaman Shanon-Wienner dan Simpsons yang tertinggi terdapat pada hutan konservasi (H’=2,649, D=0,917) diikuti hutan alam (H’=2,272,D=0,886). Spesies yang paling banyak ditemukan Gandaca harina harina sebnayak 35 individu (23%). Kata kunci: kupu-kupu, habitat, gunung tugel |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | SUMMARY The Butterfly, is an interesting insect, full of colors, and exist in almost all the area in the world. Its larva grouping in someplace and the metamorphosis could be easy to observe. So the butterfly could be a good kind of insect to observe and to be known its variety. The butterfly as we know now has facing their extinction because of the change of their habitats, because of the conservative area near the natural forest which has their high community of various butterfly than another non conservative area and the location is far from the forest. The habitat of the butterfly with adequate feeds will be immediately follows with many varieties of the butterfly than the area that has change of its function. The decrease of various plants, the change of time will be decrease the variety of the butterfly. The purpose of this research is to know about the variety of the butterfly and to know which species is the most to be found in The Conservation Educative Forest Area of GunungTugel. The methods that we used is the survey with purposive random sampling technique. The Variables that we observed is the variety of the butterfly and their habitats. Data analysis was performed by calculating the diversity Shannon-Wienner index, Simpsons Index, and Morisita-Horn by using Biodiversity Pro 2 program and 6.01b Estimates Program. The results showed that there were as 6 familia of Danaidae, Lycaenidae, Nymphalidae ,Satyridae, Papilionidae, and Pieridae with the 35 individuals. The highest value of diversity index based on the Shannon-Wienner and Simpsons was found in the location of the flower garden (H'=2.649, D=0.917) followed by beta fall (H'=2.272, D=0.886), Tanaecia iapis, and Chilades paradoxa (each 1 individual), while the species most commonly found was Lethe godana and Ypthima nigrican (15 individuals each). Differences between habitats were calculated by ANOVA produced Sig. 0.489>0.05, mean there was no real difference between the location of the observation.
