| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Motilitas Dan Viabilitas Spermatozoa Ikan Nilem (Osteochilus Hasselti) Yang Disimpan Dalam Susu Dengan Dosis Yang Berbeda Pada Suhu 0ºC Dan 5ºC”. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial 3x2 di ulang sebanyak 3 kali. Perlakuan yang dicobakan adalah P0M1 (kontrol; 0°C), P0M2 (kontrol; 5°C), P1M1 (25%; 0°C), P1M2 (25%; 5°C), P2M1(50%; 0°C), P2M2(50%; 5°C), P3M1(75%; 0°C), dan P3M2(75%; 5°C). Data penelitian dianalisis dengan ANOVA (Analysis of Variant) menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara perlakuan, selanjutnya untuk mengetahui letak perbedaan tersebut dilakukan Uji Wilayah Ganda Duncan (Duncan’s Multiple Range Test, DMRT). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor suhu dan dosis susu skim menunjukan pengaruh nyata terhadap motilitas sperma, namun interaksi antar kedua perlakuan terhadap motilitas tidak berbeda nyata. Sedangkan pada viabilitas menunjukkan bahwa faktor suhu memberikan pengaruh nyata dibandingkan dengan dosis susu skim yang tidak berbeda nyata, interaksi antar keduanya tidak berbeda nyata. Hasil terbaik dari motilitas spermatozoa terdapat pada perlakuan P2M2 yaitu 55,0 % dan viabilitas spermatozoa terdapat pada perlakuan P0M2 yaitu 126,7 detik. |

Inggris) | This research is entitled "The motility and viability of fish spermatozoa of Nilem (Osteochilus hasselti) that stored in milk with different doses at Temperatures 0ºC and 5ºC ". This research used experimental method of completely randomized design (CRD) factorial 3x2 3 replications. The treatments tested were P0M1 (as control; 0 ° C), P0M2 (as control; 5 ° C), P1M1 (25%; 0 ° C), P1M2 (25%; 5 ° C), P2M1 (50%; 0 ° C ), P2M2 (50%; 5 ° C), P3M1 (75%; 0 ° C), and P3M2 (75%; 5 ° C). Data were analyzed by ANOVA (Analysis of Variant) that there was a difference between the treatments, then to find out where the difference used The Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT). The results showed that the temperature factors and the skim milk doses had significant effect of the sperm motility, but the interaction between the motility treatments was not different significantly. While the viability was indicated that the temperature factor had significant effect compared with skim milk doses that were not different significantly, the interaction between the both of them was not different significantly. The best result of the spermatozoa motility was found at P2M2 treatment, that was 55.0% and the spermatozoa viability was contained in P0M2 treatment that was 126.7 second. |
