| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Daphnia sp. merupakan salah satu jenis pakan alami sering diberikan pada benih ikan. Salah satu kultur Daphnia sp. dengan memberikan pakan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan Daphnia sp. yaitu pemberian sumber pakan hasil cair fermentasi sawi putih. Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengetahui pengaruh penambahan dosis hasil cair fermentasi sawi putih serta mengetahui penambahan dosis terbaik terhadap kepadatan populasi, produksi dan pertumbuhan harian Daphnia sp. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan RAL 4 perlakuan dan 4 kali ulangan berupa dosis cairan hasil fermentasi sawi putih (F0) 2 mL/L/hari, (F1) 4 mL/L/hari, (F2) 6 mL/L/hari dan (F3) 8 mL/L/hari dengan sistem tehnik daily feeding. Variabel yang diukur berupa kepadatan populasi, produksi dan pertumbuhan harian Daphnia sp. serta parameter adalah jumlah populasi Daphnia sp., pH fermentasi, temperatur, pH dan oksigen terlarut media kultur Daphnia sp. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS 17.0. Hasil rata-rata menunjukkan bahwa kepadatan populasi tertinggi pada perlakuan F3 (8 mL/L/hari) sebanyak 5471,42 Ind/L, produksi yaitu 875-2425 Ind/L sedangkan pertumbuhan harian yaitu 62,5-173,2 Ind/hari. Hasil kualitas air adalah suhu media pagi dan sore hari berkisar 23°C-28°C, oksigen terlarut pagi dan sore hari awal penelitian berkisar 3,5-5,1 ppm dan pagi dan sore hari akhir penelitian berkisar 3,8-5,1 ppm dan pH media berkisar 6,5-8,4. pH fermentasi sawi putih selama diperam 6 hari berkisar 3,2-5,7. . |

One of the cultures of Daphnia sp. to provide food that is appropriate to the needs of Daphnia sp. namely providing a source of liquid fermented feed results chicory. The aim of research is to know the effect of adding a dose of liquid yield fermented cabbage as well as determine the best dose additions to the density of population, production and daily growth of Daphnia sp. Research using experimental methods with RAL 4 treatments and 4 replicates the form of a dose of a liquid fermented white cabbage (F0) 2 mL/L/day, (F1) 4 mL/L/day, (F2) 6 mL/L/day and (F3) 8 mL/L/day with daily feeding technique system. Measured variables such as population density, production and daily growth of Daphnia sp. as well as the population parameter is the number of Daphnia sp., the fermentation pH, temperature, pH and dissolved oxygen Daphnia sp. culture medium. Data analysis using SPSS 17.0.
