| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja organisasi karyawan dalam suatu perusahaan bila diukur menggunakan konsep total performance scorecard (TPS), apakah semakin baik kinerja organisasi karyawannya atau menjadi semakin tidak baik kinerjanya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan dalam suatu perusahaan yaitu karyawan Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Purwokerto, dengan total sampel berjumlah 37 orang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey, Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dua teknik analisis yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitaif dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan penelitian dan analisis data yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa dari ke lima aspek yang terdapat didalam Total Performance scorecard yaitu Personal Balance Scorecard, Organizational Balance Scorecard, Total Quality Management, Performance and Competence Management, dan Kolbs Learning Cycles dinilai baik dalam mengukur kinerja organisasi karyawan pada Bank BRI Purwokerto. |

Inggris) | The purpose of this research is to gain an understanding about how organization employees performance within a company when measured using total performance scorecard (TPS) concept, whether the organization’s employee performance will be better or not. The population of this research is the employees BRI in Purwokerto, with total sample of 37 people. The research method is survey, data collection technique used are questionnaire and interview. The research use 1 analysis technique, which is Quantitative Descriptive Analysis. Based on the research and data analysis, it results that within the 5 aspects of Total Performance Scorecard, comprising of Personal Balance Scorecard, Organizational Balance Scorecard, Total Quality Management, Performance and Competence Management, and Kolbs Learning Cycles are greatly valued in measuring organization’s employee performance within BRI Purwokerto. |
