| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) kemempanan beberapa konsentrasi nematoda entomopatogen isolat Banteran terhadap mortalitas dan imago terbentuk hama ulat grayak (S. litura) di rumah kaca, 2) kemempanan beberapa konsentrasi nematoda entomopatogen isolat Banteran terhadap intensitas serangan hama ulat grayak (S. litura) di rumah kaca, 3) konsentrasi nematoda entomopatogen yang efektif untuk mengendalikan hama ulat grayak (S. litura) di rumah kaca. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman dan Rumah Kaca Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, mulai Januari 2015 sampai dengan Juni 2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok, dengan 6 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. terdiri atas Kontrol, Insektisida sipermetrin konsentrasi 4ml/l air, Konsentrasi nematoda 300 JI/ml, 600 JI/ml, 900 JI/ml dan 1.200 JI/ml. Variabel yang diamati yaitu jumlah imago terbentuk, mortalitas larva S.litura, intensitas serangan dan hasil tanaman kubis. Data dianalisis dengan uji F. Apabila terdapat perbedaan nyata, dilanjutkan dengan Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) dengan taraf kesalahan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nematoda entomopatogen isolat Banteran mampu mematikan larva S.litura menjadi 85% dan imago terbentuk menjadi 15%. Nematoda entomopatogen isolat Banteran mampu menurunkan intensitas serangan menjadi 69,25%. Perlakuan konsentrasi 1.200 JI/ml merupakan perlakuan yang efektif untuk mengendalikan hama S.litura di rumah kaca terutama dalam hal mematikan larva, menekan imago terbentuk dan menurunkan intensitas serangan. Nematoda entomopatogen isolat Banteran tidak berpengaruh terhadap bobot kubis. |

Inggris) | This research aimed to 1) determine the effectivity of several concentration of Banteran isolate entomopathogenic nematodes on mortality and imago forming of clustercaterpillar (S. litura) at the greenhouse, 2) determine the effectivity of several concentration of Banteran isolate entomopathogenic nematodes on the intensity of clustercaterpillar attack (S. litura) at the greenhouse, 3) determine the concentration of effective entomopathogenic nematodes for controlling clustercaterpillar (S. litura) at the greenhouse. This research was conducted at Laboratory of Plant Protection and Greenhouse of Agriculture Faculty, Jenderal Soedirman University from January, 2015 to June, 2015. This research used a randomized block design with 6 treatments and 4 replications, consisting of Control, Insecticide of cypermethrin 4ml/l of water, 300 JI/ml, 600 JI/ml, 900 JI/ml and 1.200 JI/ml nematodes concentration. The observed variables were the number of formed imago, mortality of S. litura larvae, the intensity of the pest attack and cabbage production. Data were analyzed by F test. If there is significant difference, then is followed by Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) with 5% error level. The result indicated that Banteran isolate entomopathogenic nematodes were able to kill S. litura larvae up to 85% and formed imago up to 15%. Entomopathogenic nematodes Banteran isolates were able to reduce the intensity of attack up to 69,25%. The treatment of 1.200 JL/ml concentration was an effective treatment to control S. litura pest at the greenhouse, especially in the case of killing larvae by reducing formed imago and attack intensity. The treatment of Banteran isolate entomopathogenic nematodes did not have influence on the weight of cabbage. |
