| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Meningkatanya industri di Indonesia menyebabkan produksi limbah dari hasil pembuangan industri meningkat. Pengelolaan limbah melalui Instalasi Pengelolaan Air Limbah (IPAL) merupakan cara yang dianggap efektif dalam pengelolaan limbah tersebut dalam pelaksanaannya pengelolaan ini melibatkan masyarakat sebagai pelaksana program dan merupakan unsur yang penting dalam pengelolaan limbah industri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan proses dari partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan limbah di Desa Kalisari Kecamatan Cilongok guna mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan proses dari partisipasi masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, pemanfaatan hasil dan evaluasi kegiatan. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa proses partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan limbah cair tahu industri di Desa Kalisari berjalan sangat baik. Masayrakat berpartisipasi dalam bentuk uang, tenaga, ide, pikiran, waktu dan dapat mersakan hasil dari pemanfaatan limbah baik dari segi ekonomi maupun lingkungan. Partisipasi masayarakat meningkat hal ini disebabkan dari pemanfaatan hasil yang diperoleh sehingga merangsang masyarakat untuk terus terlibat lebih aktif. Dan semakin banyak masayrakat yang membentuk kelompok swadaya masyarakat untuk ikut secara kelembagaan berpartisipasi dalam pengelolaan limbah cair tahu industri di Desa Kalisari. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The rise of the industry in Indonesia produces the production of waste from the result in the disposal industry getting increase. The management of waste through the Management Installation of Water waste (IPAL) is a way that is thought effectively in the waste management in the implementation of this management so it involves the society as the program implementer and an important element in the industry waste management. The purpose of this research was to describe the process from the society participation in waste management at Village of Kalisari Sub district Cilongok to identify and describe the process from the society participation. Method of research used the method of qualitative by using study case, focus in this research was the plan stage, activity implementation, result advantage and activity evaluation. From the result of research was obtained that the process of society participation in managing the liquid waste of tofu in the Village of Kalisari was running very well. The society participates in the form of money, power, idea, thought, time and they could feel the result from the waste advantage whether from the economy side or environment side. The society participation increases it was caused by the result advantages that had been obtained so it stimulated the society to keep being involved actively. And many societies then established the volunteer group to participate whether in the participation institution in managing the liquid waste of tofu industry in the Village of Kalisari. |
