| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Pengembangan agribisnis beras dan stabilitas ketersediaan beras di Indonesia merupakan perhatian Pemerintah melalui kebijakan peningkatan produksi, produktivitas, peningkatan kualitas beras. Padi atau beras aromatik merupakan padi yang memiliki karakteristik beraroma wangi mulai dikembangkan di Kecamatan Patokbeusi Kabupaten Subang. Pengembangan padi aromatik memiliki peluang yang besar dalam meningkatkan pendapatan petani seiring dengan meningkatnya permintaan beras yang berkualitas.Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menghitung biaya dan pendapatan usahatani padi aromatik dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keuntungan usahatani padi aromatik di Kecamatan Patokbeusi Kabupaten Subang. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Patokbeusi Kabupaten Subang pada 3 April 2015 sampai dengan 2 Mei 2015.Lokasi penelitian ini dipilih secara sengaja (purposive).Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan metode pengambilan sampel adalah metode sensus , dengan ketentuan pemilihan obyek desa responden adalah desa Ciberes, desa Jatiragas Hilir, desa Rancamulya, desa Tambakjati, desa Tanjungrasa dan desa Tanjungrasa Kaler karena di lokasi tersebut terdapat petani yang membudidayakan padi aromatik. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis biaya dan pendapatan serta fungsi keuntungan Cobb Douglas. Hasil penelitian penerimaan rata-rata per hektar petani padi aromatik yaitu Rp 32.400.043,65 dan biaya produksi rata-rata per hektar sebesar Rp. 20.159.057,69 sehingga pendapatan yang diterima sebesar Rp 12.240.985,95. Faktor produksi lahan, benih, pupuk dan tenaga kerja, berpengaruh nyata terhadap keuntungan usahatani padi aromatik, sedangkan faktor pestisida, dan biaya pasca panen berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap keuntungan usahatani padi aromatik. |

Inggris) | The Development of agribusiness and stability of the avaikability of rice in Indonesia is the government attention through the increased production of policy, productivity, improvement quality of rice. Aromatic rice is having fragrant scent which developed in subdistric Patokbeusi , District Subang. The development of aromatic rice have opportunity to to increased the farmer revenue along with high demand for quality rice.The aims of this research to calculated the cost and the income of farmer aromatic rice and to analyze the factors which is influence the profit of rice aromatic farmer in subdistric Patokbeusi , District Subang.This research did in subdistric Patokbeusi , District Subang on 3 April 2015 until 2 May 2015. This location choosed based on purposive. The research method which used are survey and sensuss method. The object of research are Ciberes Village, Jatiragas Hilir Village, Rancamulya Village, Tambakjati Village, Tanjungrasa Village, and Tanjungrasa Kaler Village because in that location there the farmers cultivate aromatic rice. The analysis method which used are analysis costs and income also the function of revenue Cobb Douglas. The result showed average of revenue per hectare Rp 32,400,043.65 and the average of production costs per hectare Rp. 20,159,057.69. The revenue was accepted Rp. 12,240,985.95. The factor land productions, the seeds, the fertilizer, the labour influenced to the rice crop aromatic. The pesticides factor and costs of after harvest uninfluenced revenue to the the rice crop aromatic. |
