| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar belakang : Kesehatan merupakan kebutuhan dasar bagi setiap manusia yang harus terpenuhi agar manusia dapat mempertahankan hidupnya. Jaminan kesehatan nasional merupakan salah satu program pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pemerintah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut. Pengetahuan merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi sikap dan perilaku pemanfaatan Jaminan kesehatan nasional. Tujuan : Mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan tentang jaminan kesehatan nasional dengan sikap dan perilaku pemanfaatan jaminan kesehatan nasional pada masyarakat di kecamatan Purwokerto Utara tahun 2015. Metode : penelitian ini menggunakan studi analitik observational dengan pendekatan potong lintang. Responden penelitian ini adalah peserta jaminan kesehatan nasional PBI dan NON PBI, berusia 18-60 tahun. Kriteria esklusi dalam penelitian ini adalah petugas atau tenaga kesehatan, mengalami gangguan jiwa berat, alamat tidak sesuai data. Analisis bivariabel menggunakan uji korelasi pearson. Hasil : Keseluruhan responden yang mengikuti penelitian ini berjumlah 117 responden. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan sikap terhadap jaminnan kesehatan nasional (r = 0,668 dan p = 0,001) serta terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan perilaku pemanfaatan jaminan kesehatan nasional dengan (r = 0,635 dan p = 0,001) Kesimpulan : Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna dengan korelasi kuat antara tingkat pengetahuan tentang jaminan kesehatan nasional dengan sikap dan perilaku pemanfaatan jaminan kesehatan nasional pada masyarakat di kecamatan purwokerto utara tahun 2015. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: Health is a basic need for every human being which must be fulfilled in order to be able to sustain human life. National Health Insurance program is one of the services provided by the government that is created to fulfill that need . Knowledge is one of the factors that can influence the attitudes and behavior of the utilization of national health insurance. Objective: To determine the the correlation between the knowledge of the National Health Insurance with the attitude and behavior of the utilization of national health insurance in the community in the district of North Purwokerto 2015. Methods: This study was an analytical-observational study with cross-sectional approach. The participants of this study are national health insurance participants not supporting fund receiver and supporting fund receiver, aged 18-60 years. Exclusion criteria of this study are officers or health workers, experienced a severe mental disorder, the address does not match the data. Bivariable analysis using Pearson correlation test. Results: In total, there were 117 participants in this study. The results shows there is a significant correlation between the level of knowledge with the attitude of the utilization of the national health insurance ( r = 0.668 and p = 0.001) There is also a significant correlation between the level of knowledge with the behavior of the utilization of the national health insurance (r = 0.635 and p = 0.001). Conclusion: There is a significantly strong correlation between the level of knowledge concerning the national health insurance with the attitude and behavior of the utilization of National health insurance in North Purwokerto Districts in 2015. |
